Confrontation

Taniya's POV

I took a deep breath before raising my hand and knocked the door. I was standing outside the door of Sandeep's home right now. Its been 3 days since I said Arjun about werewolves and we got drunk. Since then we have been visiting hospital everyday. I also tried to fish out some information as to why Sandeep's dad is hiding such a huge thing but I found nothing. Tonight both Mahi and Dimpi are getting discharged from the hospital so Sandeep has been busy with that. All my other friends are there in the hospital too. I lied to them that I will be out with some work whereas I wanted to confront Sandeep's parents. There are only 6 days left for the  blue moon and there is soo much yet to know about it.

The door opened revealing a young maid who was looking up at me confused.

"I need to meet Mr and Mrs Khurana." I said in a firm voice.

She nodded her head before letting me in. I sat down on the couch waiting for them. After a minute or two they entered the living room looking at me confused.

"To what do I owe this pleasure Miss.Okeah?" He asked me.

"Please call me Taniya, and it would be better if we spoke somewhere private" I replied respectfully.

He nodded his head and motioned towards a room at the far end corner. It had a mahogany desk and few chairs littered around so I assumed it to be his office.

I sat down on one of the chairs and looked up to the couple seated on the opposite side of me. They were eying me curiously as I asked, "Why ?"

"Pardon ?" Mrs Khurana asked.

"I want to know the reason you are hiding things Mrs Khurana." I replied.

"Please call me Swarna. And we have no idea what you are speaking about." She said honestly.

I could feel that she was a very loving woman. Just like my mom.

I was done beating around the bush so I said ,"About Sandeep's true form"

Both of their eyes widened at what I said. "You know ?" Swarna asked.

"About you all being werewolves? Yes I do. About Sandeep being the next Alpha? Yes I do. About you all hiding it from him ? Yes I do too." I replied leaning back in my chair.

"Are you a she wolf too ?" Swarna asked her voice shaking.

"No" I replied.

"Then how do you know about this ? And does Sandeep know too ?" She questioned.

"About how I got to know, its a long story but No, Sandeep doesn't know about it yet."

"I think we deserve to know about how you found out our secret" Mr.Khurana said.

Fair point.

I nodded my head and said,"When Mahi met with the accident, she was too hurt and had a lot of injuries. The doctors said that they wont be able to save her and that she had only some time left."

They both gasped looking horrified.

"So the only way to save her was awakening her wolf. In that way her wolf would take control. And you all know about werewolf healing, even the biggest of injuries heal within a few days. So I performed the counter spell and lead her wolf out who in turn saved Mahi that night." I explained.

They both had tears in their eyes by the time I finished explaining. Swarna grabed both of my hands in hers before saying, "Thank you so much for saving her. We didnt know the counter spell too. If you weren't there, Mahi wouldn't be alive by now."
