Hello, Lovelies,
I hope everyone is happy and healthy. I did get my second vaccine. I not only felt a bit sick but had a localized reaction in the form of my arm swelling up like a balloon. The pain from that caused my lymph nodes under my arm to swell and discomfort in my chest. All is well now and I'm fully vaccinated. (Would like to note: My reaction is not common. Usually, the swelling isn't bad and the lymph node reactions and chest pain doesn't happen.) My daughter was fine and my husband after getting vaccinated.
I have taken it slow but I have been writing when I can. Like I said, I do think everything is fine now. Thank you all for your patience. I hope you like this chapter.

I was in the room Bobby had given us for our stay with Coralee. I took off my cut and placed it on the chair and turned back to her. She was nervously fidgeting with her fingers, twisting them over each other on her lap. I moved toward her sitting on the bed next to her, grabbing her hands.
"What's wrong, Angel?" I asked, frowning.
Her eyes rose to mine, widening. "I keep thinking about Jonathon and how he can pretend so well that other people believe him. It upsets me. I wish everyone could see what he's done. I wish people knew he killed my mother."
I pressed my lips against her temple. "They will eventually. Someone else knows that secret. He'll screw them over and they will let that secret slip."
She nodded, closing her eyes. "I guess I'll have to be patient for a while longer."
I pulled her against me. "I'll be here when Jonathon's world comes crashing down."
She raised her brows. "Because I'm your ol' lady."
I kissed her lips. "Because I love you," I whispered.
She leaned into me, her body melting into mine as I deepened the kiss, pulling her on my lap. Her core pressed against me, causing a hiss to move through my teeth. Pleasure shot through me with a need so great that I ground against her, wishing to feel it again.
"Alpha," she whispered and I knew she wanted me too, "I-I need you."
I pulled back, grinning. "It's not in me to refuse, Angel. Not when it comes to you."
"That's good because I don't want you to," she said, tugging at my shirt until she could pull it over my head and toss it to the floor. Her fingers traced the muscles of my chest and down my abs, each touch electric.
A groan broke from between my lips as I pulled her against me and flipped her over on the bed so I could hover over her. She gasped as I pressed against her to let her know how much she was affecting me.
"It's not fair that I have more skin showing than you," I said, ripping open her t-shirt. "I hope you didn't like that shirt. If you did, I'll get you another one."
She grinned, her nose wrinkling a little. "It was one of my favorites but I can do without it."
I chuckled. "I'll buy you another one," I said, pressing my lips against the tops of her breasts over her lacy white bra.
I reached behind her and unsnapped her bra, gaining access to her beautiful tits. I pulled a nipple between my teeth, causing her to arch, pressing it further into my mouth.
