You searched through the small food closet in your kitchen, in a scavenger hunt to find some crisps that you had bought the other day for a snack. As much as you moved the packaged foods around, you just couldn't find the crisps. You frown and sigh and defeat, closing the food closet as you walk towards the fridge to open it in hopes of finding something else to eat. Unfortunately, the fridge was empty besides a rotting tomato that sat on the far end of the fridge. You groan as you scrunch up your nose, picking up the tomato by the stem to throw it away.

It was Monday the afternoon, the day after yesterday's dreamon event. You were looking for something to eat, to tame the beast inside you as it growled for anything to eat, which you were unlucky to find. Since DreamXD had become your new roommate, he would eat anything that he could get his hands into, leaving nothing but crumbs behind for you to eat off. As much as you told him not to eat so much and to leave some food for you, he wouldn't.

You barely went grocery shopping last Thursday, already left with nothing. The groceries usually lasted you for a whole week, but thanks to someone, you had to go out and buy more. But this time for the amount of two people, meaning more money to spend.

You groaned at the thought of going out and spending your money that you have been trying to save up to buy a new laptop since your current one was too slow to do anything. It will take minutes to open up a page which you didn't have the patience for as documents are due and you're what they call a procrastinator; always leaving things to the last minute.

"Hey DreamXD" You say as you walk to the living room, finding him sitting on the sofa watching the news "I have to go grocery shopping. I'll be back"

"Grocery shopping?" DreamXD looks away from the tv to face you, raising a brow "what's that?"

"It's just buying food" you said as you prevent yourself from face palming. You had to be patient with him

'That's right, he's still learning about human customs.'

"Can I come?" He asks, slightly tilting his head to the side. He was curious, wanting to see how humans nowadays bought their food, compared to hundreds of years ago when he last came to earth.

"Um, I guess. Just don't do anything stupid" you said a bit hesitant. As much as you wanted to let the god stay back, you felt that he would make a wreck of a mess if left unsupervised - evidence from yesterday's broken vases incident in the trash can.

"Let's go!" DreamXD ecstatically says as he jumps up from the sofa, pumping his arms up in the air. You couldn't help it but chuckle at how happy he just looked, watching scrambled through the living room as he went on to put on his shoes.

You both walked out from the building, walking down the university public park towards the bus station on the other side of the campus - the park empty as students usually go back home for the holidays. Talking about holidays, Christmas was coming up around the corner, reminding you that next week you would be visiting your parents back in the big city of London.
