"Chaewon-ah, sit with us! We rarely  met this week because there are no club activities, so let's have a chat now." Choi Yena, a sophomore in high school and the same club as Chaewon offered to them which they gladly accepted as there's almost no seat available. Chaewon went to sit first in the middle then Yena followed to sit on her left while Minju took the right seat.

"I'm glad to see you again, Chaewon and Minju. Thank God, we will have lunch without this duck blabbering about you."

"Yes, since you're here. She missed you, you just didn't meet her for three days." Kang Hyewon and Lee Chaeyeon remarked, cornering their friend. Yena would always talk about Chaewon at lunch. She had adored the younger since she had her audition on their club. She fell in love with her angelic thin voice and her cute face. She would always tease the younger as she loves getting her cute reaction.

"Yah, yah! What are you talking about? You're making me look like a creep. Don't mind what they said. Anyway, what have you been doing after classes?" After their regular classes, the two would always meet at the club room making this week a little different as they couldn't see each other after classes. Yena was used to meeting Chaewon after classes and that's what she'll talk about at lunch the other day. Her friends have memorized every line she'll say as it was the never-ending;

"She was so cute when she was complaining while I tease her!"

"Her voice is a taste of heaven! I always fall in love with it every time I hear it!"

"I can't wait to see her again later."

She says those every single day as if it was a scripted line that was marked in her mind. Nonetheless, they feel happy for her as she was able to smile brightly every day, they love how she seems to not remember much about her ex-lover. She rarely feels down like she usually does.

Yena and Chaewon talked as Yena seemed to have a hundred topics stored in her head. Chaewon, on the other hand, even though she wasn't someone who talks a lot of it's not Minju, she somehow enjoys Yena's company. She wasn't worried to get into an awkward silence as silence doesn't seem to exist in the older's dictionary. She was laughing a lot with her even tho she loves to tease her a lot just like Minju.

With Minju being mentioned, she was quiet all this time. Barely finishing her food, she plays with it but she still tries her best to take a bite once in a while. Suddenly, a chocolate bar was placed on the side of her chocolate milk. She looked up and saw Hyewon just smiling at her mouthing that she should take it. Minju lightly bowed and mumbled a soft "thank you" enough for Hyewon to hear. Being right beside her, Chaewon heard it and immediately turn to Minju asking what she just said.

"Ah, it's not you unnie. I just thanked Hyewon unnie for the chocolate." Chaewon just nodded lightly and hummed with a smile before facing the Yena who's still telling her a story. But before completely averting her attention to the talking latter, she spared a glance to Hyewon who's chatting with Chaeyeon. She felt a little threatened if ever Hyewon likes Minju. Even though she was nodding to Yena and a small smile crept on her face to hide the fact that she's under a deep thought. Should she just confess to Minju so that she wouldn't have to feel this unwanted feeling when someone is acting sweet or kind to Minju? She wants to but what if her best friend sees her as not like what she feels, maybe it's just a one-sided love. She didn't want such a small matter to ruin their years of friendship. Her train of thoughts was interrupted by the sound of the bell ringing indicating that in 15 minutes, their classes would resume.

"Ahh, so annoying! I still want to chat with you, Chaewon-ah~" Yena whined as she didn't want to leave as this might be her last chance on seeing the younger this week. Chaewon just laughed at her saying that they'll meet in three weeks on their club. That made the duck whine even more thinking that it was too long to survive without seeing her.

"Yah, Choi Yena stop that. You wouldn't even give Chaewon a chance to talk. You won't stop blabbering." Hyewon said in fact that Yena didn't even realise that Chaewon was barely listening to any of what she's saying. Yena pouted and hugged Chaewon's arm continuously saying sorry in a cute way.

"No, no, unnie. It's okay, it was fun listening to your story." Chaewon said to make the older less sorry and wouldn't feel that she was annoyed by her talkative side. Her two friends dragged Yena as they waved goodbye at the two. Before they could go further,

"Yah, Kim Minju. Eat the chocolate bar so you won't get hungry, you didn't finish your food. See you two next time." Hyewon proceeded to walk with her friends. Chaewon and Minju waved at them as well before the older looked at Minju and her food. She was just halfway through finishing her food. So she worried looked at her as Minju finished her chocolate milk, catching the older looking at her.

"Sorry about that, let's go I'm done!"

"Why you barely ate? I thought you're starving?"

"Unnie, you're the one starving remember?" Minju said remembering that older was complaining how hungry she was before they step into the cafeteria. They started walking, Minju laughed as the older went silent after realising that the younger stated a fact, she was defeated. Minju calmed herself and was about to open the wrap of the chocolate when Chaewon snatched it unconsciously and she was as well surprised by what she did.

"I- Uhm, I like this chocolate. I mean, I wanna try this chocolate. Eat this instead, it's a little bigger because you didn't eat well." Chaewon sighed in relief internally thinking that it was a good save for her sudden action. Was she jealous? Yes, she was. She did that out of jealousy, she was reminded of how Hyewon acted with Minju even she was equally kind to the both of them.

"Why would you give that to me? It was a gift from Yujin for you."

"I don't like it much, I've tasted it before. Eat it now, we will arrive at the classroom soon." She got Minju's hand and placed the chocolate in her hand looking at her firmly. Minju just laughed and she knew exactly that the older would be persistent so she proceeds to open the wrap and start eating. That didn't mean that she won the argument though, out of all the people, she could never lie to Minju. The younger can't stop herself from chuckling while Chaewon looked at her confused.

"Unnie, you can just tell me you were jealous about that." Minju laughed, Chaewon's cheeks blushed in crimson red. Maybe that wasn't the smoothest way to hide her jealousy of the situation. She didn't know how to retort on that so she kept quiet and glared in shame at Minju who found her adorable in such sight. Minju threw the wrap on the nearest bin then she placed her arm to the older's shoulder.

"Yah, unnie. Don't worry, I'll always choose you over anyone. You'll always be the best person for me."

'You'll always be the one. No one can change the beat of my heart' Chaewon then smiled at Minju and squished her cheeks with Minju's.

"It's the same for me. You know I always love you."'More than you think. I hope you feel the same way.'
