Today was our last day, and it felt like the days had literally flown by. Zayn had to be back in London by tomorrow because they were in the process of working on some new tracks for their new album, and he had to prepare for their tour that started in a month.

The tour. I didn't know what I was going to do all alone in London while Zayn went on tour. He told me that I would obviously have to be at some of the shows which I was extremely excited about. I'd always wanted to go to one of their concerts and now I got to go, sitting in the front row watching one of my best friends. I considered Zayn a best friend at this point because I didn't know exactly what he wanted me to be. We'd now both met each others families so we were more than just acquaintances, but I didn't know if he wanted us to be something romantic and for his sake I really hope he didn't. Neither of us know what's going to happen after the contract and we were warned at the very begging not to develop feelings for each other. Zayn didn't listen very well that day. He let it slip up many times that he did have feelings for me but neither of us ever, brought it up. Its not that I'm not attracted to him, because who wouldn't be? I was doing this for his sake. He's to good of a person and too deserving to be hurt again and I didn't want to be the cause of it.

"Ariana can we go to Starbucks together before you leave today?" Jades voice pulled me out of my deep thoughts.

"Course," I smiled back, "Better go ask Zayn if he wanted to go."

"Okay!" She exclaimed and ran off to go get Zayn who was packing in the guest room upstairs.

A few minutes later Jade came bouncing down the stairs with a laughing Zayn behind her.

"Well, I was promised Starbucks, lets go!" Zayn laughed as he grabbed my hand and the three of us got in my car and we drove to the Starbucks across from my house.

When we got there, we decided that we'd sit at a table outside because Zayn and I were trying to take in as much sunlight as we could before returning to rainy London.

"Me and Jade will go order, what do you want?" Zayn asked.

"Just a coffee, thank you." I answered.

"Boring," Zayn scoffed jokingly and smiled before walking into the store with Jade.

I laughed as they walked in and started mindlessly scrolling through different social media sights, waiting for the to return with the drinks.

A couple minutes passed and I could hear a few girls giggling behind me, so me being curious me, turned around and saw that they were actually pointing at me.

When they realized that I'd noticed them, they looked like deer in headlights, so I waved and smiled, trying to lighten the mood because I had absolutely no idea what to do, because I've never been in a situation like this before.

"I-I'm sorry," The girl stuttered, and the girl next to her nodded quickly in agreement.

"It's okay really, I'm Ariana." I told them and got up from my spot and walked over to them.

"We know," the girl laughed.

"Oh," I chuckled, this was all really new to me.

"Oh, well we just wanted to know if we could get a picture..." the girl asked shyly.

"Of course!" I said, not knowing any other response.

We took a quick selfie and the girls and I said our goodbyes.

When I went to sit back down, a couple of minutes later Zayn and Jade came back with the drinks.

"Line was absolutely insane." Zayn said, sitting down in the seat next to me.

"It always is at this one." I told him, and Jade nodded in agreement.

We finished our drinks and started to head back to the house so Zayn and I could pack anything we might have missed and got ready for the flight back home.

"I'm going to miss you so much! I miss you already," My mom said sadly, as we pulled into the airport.

"I'm going to miss you too mom. I love you, I'll visit again soon I promise," I said to her and got ready to exit the car.

"And it's been great meeting you Zayn." My mom practically gushed; I found it a little strange that my mother had a crush on him, but not that strange, considering almost everyone felt that way and why wouldn't they?

"I'm going to miss you Ari, I love you," Jade said, and you could tell she was trying to hold her tears in but looked like she would burst any moment, "and you too Zayn.

"Awe, I'll miss you too kiddo. We'll visit soon I promise," Zayn smiled and gave Jade a hug.

"Yeah we'll be back soon," I reassured her.

"Okay."
