TIME HYSTERESIS

              Secretary Peach's secure work phone sounds an alarm, awakening her, indicating urgent attention is required, she turns to look at the time... 3 a.m. The alert sends her to her computer where she logs in, an email titled "Immediate Action Required" comes up. It begins by listing spikes in phone calls, text msgs, off world communications and movements all surrounding billionaire businesswoman Sun Chun Si's on and off world entities. Her partner wakes up and asks what is going on, why are you up? The Secretary says "It's work, I have to go in. I'll call you later, go back to sleep" (kisses).

              The Secretary arrives at her office and is briefed even though she does not know exactly what is happening she has decided to send a report to all members of The Planetary Commission immediately with the information she does have and calls for an emergency meeting in seven hours' time. She looks at the time remembering she promised to call her partner...9:17 a.m.
