Luckily, the movie ran rather smoothly and intensely. The hall is filled with occasional small noises whenever killing scenes happen, and blood spurts everywhere.

The air inside is neutral and purified, blocking the mixed scents of alphas and omegas, whereas the betas are comfortable either way. The lights are dim as the brightness of the huge cinema screen dances through everyone's orbs.

And while everyone is bucking up on their seats as the movie reaches its climax, a light snore crosses Jisung's hearing, interrupting the building bubble on him.

Looking at his right, his eyes squinted when he saw the beta sleeping peacefully. His jaw dropped as he poked Chenle's arm, who whined.

"How can she sleep!?" he leaned on his side while whispering.

"Chohee?" Chenle minimally replied while still fixated on the screen.

"Who else!?"

"Well, let's just wake her up later, I guess?"

The monotone reply made the pure blood scoff, then he eyed the female beta in disbelief before shaking his head and focusing back on the movie.

Hearing Ruby Lane's singing sent goosebumps running down his spine, Jisung shifting on his seat uncomfortably as he gulped down the fear bubbling in his stomach.

Damn, it will play on my mind like this.

"God, you scare me every time," he sighed in relief as his eyes landed on their hands on top of the arm rest, making his breath hitch.

"Ruby's hot; are you scared of her?" she teased.

"As if," he scoffed as he forced his gaze back to the screen. "And so what if I am?"

It made the beta chuckle, then she softly brushed her thumb on the back of his hand.

It was weird. Jisung felt his nerves calm down as he focused on the soothing feeling of her hand rather than the increasing tension of the plot.

And it was definitely wrong. When he felt the alpha inside him grumbling and purring in comfort.

Jisung couldn't help it, and neither could stop it. He leaned on her touch and let his system bask in the warmth of her action.

"Yeah, Ruby's hot." He cleared his throat, wanting to defend himself.

"And scary. While I'm pretty, hot, and not scary. Learn to choose your lover, Jisung-ssi."

"What a flirt"

"What a hottie"

Feeling her stares, he looked back, seeing her smirking as she winked, making him groan, and pressed the back of his head more on the seat.

Gosh, I would be killed before the movie ends.
