Marina decides it's too much for one night. She needs sleep. Lydia drives Marina home. Marina is glad it wasn't Allison taking her home, she didn't want to bother her in driving her back when she had just driven her there.

Marina now had to figure out how to sneak back onto the roof to be able to get in her still open window. She hopes her mom is sleeping and doesn't hear her. 'How am I supposed to do this? I should've thought this through.' She thought to herself. Marina nods to herself, and comes up with a somewhat good way to get back up.

Marina walks around to the side of the house and uses the trash bins to pull herself up onto the fence. She lets out a shaky breath as she jumps onto the roof and quickly and carefully runs to her open window. Jumping in, she winces at the loud sound she makes once she lands.

"Marina?" Her mom calls from the hallway.

Marina jumps into bed and covers herself right as her mom opens the door to the room, "What was that?" Her mom asks, looking around the room.

"What?" Marina makes her voice deeper, acting as if she had just been woken up. She rubs her eyes, wiping away the tiredness.

"It sounded like someone was on the roof." Lucia replies. Marina shakes her head and shrugs.

"Hm." Lucia leans against the door to her room, looking down at her daughter in bed. "You didn't hear it?"

Marina shakes her head, "I was sleeping, I didn't hear anything."

"Siempre duermes con zapatos?" Lucia points to her shoes that are sticking out from under the blanket. Marina mentally slaps herself and sighs.

"Mom, I'm really sorry. My friends needed me - "

"I saw you running out to your friend's car. I waited for a message but it never came."

"Why didn't you text me then?"

"Because I wanted to see if you were responsible enough to at least let me know you snuck out. But you didn't." Lucia states. "From now on, no more staying after school with friends. You will go to school and come right back home, do you understand?" Lucia angrily says, stepping closer to the bed. Marina nods.

"Good." Lucia says. She leans down and places a kiss on her forehead, "Goodnight, love you." She closes the door behind her.

Marina removes her shoes and clothing and changes into something more comfortable to sleep in. As she lays in bed, she thinks over everything that has happened since she's moved here. She still can't comprehend the supernatural exists and she's in the middle of it. It seemed to her as if it was straight out of a supernatural teen drama show.

Walking down the hallway, Marina yawns as she reaches her locker and grabs her textbook for chemistry. From the reflection of the mirror she has magnetized to the locker door, Allison walks behind her.

"Allison, wait up." Marina calls. Allison turns around to acknowledge Marina before stepping to the side to get out of the students way. Marina walks to her.

"Chemistry is this way." Marina motions for the hallway behind her, the opposite direction Allison was heading in.

"I know. I won't be there today."

"Why not? Are you feeling sick?" Marina asks, worried.

Allison shakes her head, "I have to meet up with Jackson." Allison goes to turn around but Marina grabs her shoulder and spins her back to her.

"What do you mean?"

"I met up with Scott and Stiles in the library. We need more information and I'm the only one that Jackson doesn't have a restraining order against." Allison explains, quietly.
