"Marina, ya te levantaste? Marina - " Lucia crosses her arms as she opens her daughter's bedroom door. Marina is still laying underneath the covers.
"I don't feel good." Marina groans from somewhere underneath the covers. Lucia sighs and makes her way to the bed. She gathers a handful of the blanket and tosses it aside, revealing a tired Marina underneath. She places the back of her hand against her daughter's forehead.
"You feel fine." She states, "Get up and change." She lands a smack on Marina's behind, causing Marina to quickly sit up.
"Can I stay home today, please?" Marina begs, "Voy a la escuela mañana." She pulls the covers back over her body. Lucia pulls them back down, "That's what you said yesterday." Sarah sits beside her and runs a hand up and down her back, "I know you don't want to see Chase but he's really hurt by you leaving him for Isaac."
"I didn't leave him for Isaac." Marina sits up, hugging her knees to her chest. Lucia raises an eyebrow at her, "You ran out in the middle of the date to go with another boy." Lucia stares into her eyes, "You left him for Isaac."
"I'm such a horrible person." Marina groans, placing her head on her knees. Lucia shakes her head, "You're not." She smiles, placing an arm around her shoulders, "And I'm not just saying this because I'm your mom. You're young, baby." Lucia kisses the top of Marina's head, "You're figuring yourself out. You'll make mistakes but you'll learn from them."
"Do I have to go back to school?" Marina groans. Truthfully, she was avoiding Scott and Stiles. She's afraid Peter told them what had happened and they'd trap her in a room once again. She's still trying to process what happened.
Lucia smiles, "Hurry up and change. Te voy a esperar en el carro." Lucia walks out of the room, "No te tardes." She warns from down the hallway. Marina forces herself out of bed to change before she's late to school.

Entering the school, she's immediately seen by Scott and Stiles. Marina groans and heads down the opposite hall, trying to get away from them. Down that hall, Isaac heads for Marina who groans once again upon seeing him.
"Marina, wait!" Stiles runs down the hallway to her, earning a couple glances from the other students. Soon enough, she's surrounded by the three boys. "What's wrong with you?" Stiles asks her, eyes filled with worry.
"Nothing's wrong with me. What are you talking about?" Marina fixes the strap to her backpack. She pulls the boys aside and away from the middle of the hallway.
"Are you fine after what Derek did?" Isaac asks, checking the back of her neck. She shrugs him off, "I'm fine. Why are you guys acting weird?" Marina chuckles, hoping they'd leave her alone for the day.
"So you're fine? Good." Scott sighs, "Then why did you leave when I asked you to wait for me?" Marina knew the question was coming but she never thought of what she would say.
"My mom called, she's going through something at work and really needed me." Marina says. She keeps her composure when she remembers werewolves can hear others' heartbeats. She keeps it as steady as she can as the two werewolves in front her eye her down.
"You're lying." Stiles squints at her, trying to feel her out. Marina glares at him, "And why do you think that?" She asks, "Because Peter - " Marina feels her face heat up as they mention his name. She knew she shouldn't have trusted him to keep quiet. Her hands become sweaty as she looks around, avoiding eye contact with the three of them. "Because Peter didn't say anything about a phone call." Stiles finishes.
