"I'm expecting you to find him in three days."

"Or what?"

"You're dead."

Zinnia smirked as she walked out of the room. "Tick tock, Shiki," she purred as she exited.

Shiki had started typing on his laptop, trying to pinpoint a location. There was something about Zinnia that made him nervous. It could be the fact that she was scary as hell and could easily kill him in one bullet or the fact that she was just very intimidating.

"One bullet is all it takes." The venomous words echoed in his mind, giving him goosebumps.

The task she gave him made him even more wary.

He walked into the conference room to inform the rest of the Yakuza members of their job.

"Alright boys, we have to find a guy named Izaya Orihara and bring him here. Then we'll hand him over to some chick and get our pay. Sound good?" Shiki told the others as they all nodded in agreement.

To them, they most likely thought the job was going to be easy; but Shiki knew better than that.

Their mission had officially begun.

"Izaya, tell me. Now." Shinra barked at the dragon who was now clinging to Shizuo's leg.

"I don't want to remember! Leave me alone!" He yelped, nuzzling his face into Shizuo's thigh.

"Shinra, if he doesn't want to tell you then just drop it. He's not even fully healed yet and I don't think it'd be good for his health to recap on all that's happened to him." Shizuo said, naturally taking Izaya's side.

"You're not a doctor Shizuo. Izaya tell me!" Shinra yelled at the raven haired male once again. He was desperate to know so he could help Izaya back to a healthy mental state. It was all he wanted to do, and he wanted to do it soon.

"No!" The raven seemed to be getting mad. His claws were digging into Shizuo's leg and his normally circular pupils turned into thin slits.

"Just do it! Tell me what happened to you!" Shinra shouted at Izaya.

"Shinra stop! Sto-"

Shizuo's warning was cut off by shadows and a loud earsplitting screech. Both of the males were staring at the black dragon sitting in front them that was seething with rage.

"Shizuo, don't move." Shinra whispered to the blonde that was standing next to him.

"Me? What about you! You're the one that probably set him off!" The blonde growled at the doctor.

"Shut up!"

Shinra immediately regretted that comment as Izaya roared right in front of his face; rows of bloody teeth making a chill go up his spine and his blood run ice cold. He felt like he was going to pass out.

The dragon glared at both of the men before darting towards the sliding glass doors.

"Izaya, wait!" Shizuo yelled at the beast as he ran up to the dragon and quickly grabbed hold of his tail. That of course didn't stop Izaya from crashing through the window and taking flight into the darkening sky.

Shizuo was holding onto Izaya's swaying tail for dear life as he suddenly saw the entire city of Ikebukuro appear right under him. He started to climb up the silky tail he was clinging to.

After what seemed like forever, he made it onto Izaya's back. The blonde straddled the dragon and grabbed its sliver horns. Izaya's mane was warm and soft against Shizuo's chest and his scales were smooth as silk as his body soared in the wind. It was comfortable enough to lull someone to sleep.
