CHAPTER TEN

Like what he said...we started dating seriously.

"Here, eat this..." Ibinigay niya sa akin ang plato na may lamang ni-sliced niyang steak.

"No..." Nagtatakang tumingin siya sa akin. "Uhm--- I mean. You should eat that and shouldn't give it to me... You sliced it..."

"It doesn't matter to me. Were dating. And I love to do this to you. So now eat it."

"How about you?" I asked.

"Silly..." He smiled and then get my not-so-sliced-steak. "I'll slice this, you eat first."

"Okay..." Tumitig ako sakanya. "Thanks."

"After this, where do you want to go?"

Napaisip ako. "I really wanna go to the Golden Gate Bridge and to the Golden Gate Park..." I said proudly. "But I don't want to bother you..."

"Actually, please stop saying that you are bothering me, and trying to be independent..." Natahimik ako. "You are not bothering me... I already said that I like you too and we're now dating. So don't worry about me. Just tell me where you wanna go, where you wanna visit or tour."

"T-then w-why are you doing this to me?" I asked.

He sighed. "Because I like you."

Kumurap-kurap ako. "What if--- what if you really don't like me."

Ibinaba niya ang kutsara niya saka tumingin sa akin. "You still won't believe me that I like you, but that was true. And you should stop thinking nonsense."

Napayuko ako. I sighed. "I'm sorry."

"Okay. You already have forgiven by me now. We should eat and then we will go and tour around later."

"Thank you." I smiled at him.

He smiled back.

After eating our breakfast meal...we decided to leave Mrs. Krissy's restaurant. Vonn were about to open the exit door when someone called him. "Vonn!" We stopped and looked back.

My brows knotted and I looked at her from head to toe. She smiles sweetly at Vonn and her the emotion in her eyes. Those stares of her, those make-ups, the way she dressed. Like there is an special occasion today.

Tumingin siya sa akin. She looks full-blooded Americana girl. She raised her brows at me so I did the same.

"Oh. Hi Crystal!" Vonn smiled sweetly at her.

"Hello Vonn... Uhm..." She bits her lower lip. I rolled my eyes, she's trying to seduce.

"We're going now." Vonn said.

"No! Wait!" Medyo malakas ang boses niya. "Uhm! Yeah... I'll tell you something Vonn."

"Why won't you stop calling me Vonn and call me brother from now on?"

Tumingin ako kay Crystal. I winked at her and mouthed. 'He is mine'.

She smiled back before looking at Vonn. "I can't call you brother cause we just have a only 20 years age gap... Uhm. Are you free today? I have something to tell you!"

Tumingin ako sa labas ng glass door saka napahalukipkip.

"We..." Vonn didn't finish talking when she talked again.

"Please? Just this day and I promise... I'll stay away from you, please?

I made face before facing them. "He won't dare." I smirked.
