MYCROFT

SHERLOCK
Well it seems rather pointless. You know who I am.
MYCROFT

I didn't contact you in order to talk about trivial things such as this. I wanted to make you aware of some developments in the last case you took before you 'retired' from your detective work. -MH
SHERLOCK
Yes, Mycroft. Retired means I don't do it anymore. Please pass it on to one of your spooks, as I'm not interested.
MYCROFT
It could possibly endanger John Watson and your other friends unless you sort it. -MH
SHERLOCK
If it's that important to you, Mycroft, then please get off your arse and do it yourself. It has been made clear to me by many old acquaintances that the career I am perusing is not accepted despite my desire to act, so why should I help?
MYCROFT
Because that's what you do. -MH

You're supposed to be convincing me to go to sleep, not to stay awake! x
