Mariahs POV

 I woke in the hospital with some people standing around the room.... 

Is my baby ok? 

Omg Sam get the Dr she is awake.....

A really cute Dr comes walking in my room with Sammy behind him, I dont understand how he is here and my brother is not.....

Hi Mariah, My name is Dr.Chris.... How do you feel right now are you in any pain?

I feel fine can you just please tell me how my baby is? 

The baby is ok if your friend Matt wouldnt have got to you when he did you and the baby wouldnt be here..... 

Matt??

Yes Matt he told the cops that he had heard you were in town and wanted to come see you and when he got there he heard yelling..... The police have to ask you some things but it can wait intill morning if you would like...

No its ok I can talk to them now...

Ok I will get them....

The Dr leaves and Sammy walks over and holds my hand, he doesnt say anything he just looks at me you can see the pain in his eyes.... I know he wants to say sorry about everything that happend between us but it is hard for him to say sorry he feels that he is always right......

Thats when a few cops walk in....

Hello Mariah, My name is Officer Jones and I would like to ask you a few things about what you remember....

Well my brothers girlfriend called me and I was telling her about how I was dating Jack Johnson and then my brother got on the phone he was mad because I came out here to get away.... My brother said that I shouldnt be with Johnson because he knew I would work things out with my babys father... So when I got off the phone I told Johnson "That I think we should break up, and that it was to soon for me to start dating someone becuase I still wasnt over Sammy"  Thats when he called me a stupid bitch and said I would pay.... And then he started hitting me I couldnt get him off of me... 

Ok thank you for the info.... Can you tell us about the cuts on your legs? 

I did that to myself.....

Oh ok well that is all we need for now.. We also talked to your brother he said that he couldnt make it down becuase his son was in the Hospital, but he wants you to come home and he would like Sammy to take you home when you get out of here... I also what to let you know that Jack Johnson will be going to jail for a long time....
