Dr.Chris POV

There I was being yelled for to save a little boy I had the Heart and all the other parts I needed to fix him.... 

We will be taking Nate Jr. Dr Chris 

Why, what is going on? Sarah

We have a heart.... So please give him a kiss and such we have to move fast..... 

I watched as Sarah kissed his litte head and said she loved him.... 

We took him into the O-R and we took her Heart and put it into his little body...

Sarahs POV

The Dr said they had a Heart for him so I went to tell Mairah and see the new baby but when I got to her room she was gone and there were notes on the bed.... The one on top had my name on it.... I didnt waste any time opening it....

Oh my hoe, How I love you so.... Ha HA but no Sarah you are like a sister to me and you make my brother happy...... I want it to stay that way I want you guys to get married and have a wonderfull live together with your son and all the other kids you guys will have.... I know that you all ready know Nate is geting a new heart if you are reading this and that means that I did everything right.... I hate for this to be my last words to you... But Nate Jr needs to live his life more then me I know that you will be there for my little girl... I know you will help Sam and Nate with the pain..... I know Nate can be a pain in the ass all the time... .But you got this baby girl you guys are made for each other....
