It all started with the end. The end of a bloodline. The end of three daughters and the end of a Countess. A wolf ran along the roof of Castle Dimitrescu, as gunshots rang through the air. She carefully watched the fight ensue between a seemingly ordinary man, and a giant vampire Countess. The wolf has been watching the Countess and her daughters for a while now. There was an altercation, the countess picking up the man by his neck, her razor sharp claws extended. The wolf spotted the infamous dagger, hidden behind the man's back. He saw an opportunity, and stabbed the countess through her ribs, into her heart. The poison immediately took effect, running through her body. The countess screamed in agony, as her delecate face started cracking like porcelain. Her eyes turned a dreadful, deep red. The wolf expected her to transform once she learned about the death of her three daughters, but instead she broke furniture out of pure rage, before rushing to find the man responsible. The man ripped the dagger out, making blood spill everywhere. The countess threw him to the ground, the dagger flying out of his grip, tumbling down the cliffs nearby. The countess transformed into the mutated dragon-like beast, her gaping jaws showing off multiple rows of teeth. 'She'll be the perfect tool to use...' the wolf thought. She ran along the castle roof, following them as they fought, her black and grey fur shimmering in the moonlight. She watched with excitement as the beast relentlessly attacked the man, clawing at him with her sharp claws. 'Surely she'll kill him. And then finally I can start my work...'
the wolf thought. Not too far in the distance, the wolf saw dark ominous clouds approaching, bringing rain. She hummed in approval, being quite fond of the rain. A loud scream got her attention again, as she started to become worried. The dragon started losing control, the man shooting her over and over again with a large rifle. She watched in horror as the dragon fell, along with the man, down into the deep crevasses of the mountain. She runs over, growling and baring her sharp canines. She stood on the bridge over the crevasses, looking down a dizzying height, seeing the lifeless body of the dragon. Her mind was a mess, the only chance to defeat that blonde hag, now dead. She couldn't control her anger. She watched as the man moved, somehow surviving the fall.
"I will find you, Ethan Winters. And when I find you, you're going to wish you were dead." the wolf spoke in a deep female voice, her green eyes glowing with rage. Ethan looked around panicked, not sure who spoke or where the voice came from. He quickly ran off, taking the crystallized remains of Alcina Dimitrescu. The wolf howled loudly, tilting her head up to the sky as the rain came pouring down. She shape shifted into a snowy owl, silently following Ethan. Her white feathers with black spots helped her camouflage perfectly with the snowy surroundings. She silently flapped her elegant wings, watching him carefully with bright yellow eyes. He suddenly stopped and looked around, almost as if to make sure he was alone. Lilith landed in a nearby tree. He bent down and rummaged through his back pack, taking out the crystallized remains. He made sure they were intact, before putting them back in the bag, and moving on again. She watched as he greedily sold them to none other but the Duke himself. She got overly excited, as she usually does. 'Perfect' she thought to herself as she watched Ethan leave, hurrying deep into the forest. She flew down to the Duke, nefarious intentions on her mind.
"Duke." the owl landed on his cart, speaking in a clear feminine voice. The large man looked at the owl in confusion, not sure if he imagined it or not. The owl jumped from the cart and shape shifted back to her human form, landing in the snow in front of the Duke. Her black hooded cloak covered her face in darkness.
"Ah! Mistress Blake! To what do I owe the pleasure?" he chimed, resting his hands on his belly.
"You know what I want tonight, dear Duke. And I won't leave without them. Shall we make a deal?" Lilith smiled wickedly, her green eyes glowing in the shadows of her face.
"I'm afraid, mistress, that I cannot sell them to you." he said overly friendly.
"Oh? And why is that?" her wicked smile quickly turned psychotic.
"I... Uhm... I'm afraid I a-already-" he stammered, growing visibly stressed.
"I.. Um ooh, uh, bla bla bla..." she mocked him, growing angry.
"I'm not here to negotiate, Duke. However, you may negotiate for your life." she growled, making the Duke gulp. When he didn't answer, she swiftly jumped on his cart again, holding an ornate dagger to his throat.
"I'm s-sure we can make an a-arrangement, m-mistress Lilith." he stuttered.
"See? Was that so hard?" she mocked him again in a baby voice. When he shook his head, she cackled, throwing her head back.
"Of course, mistress." he gulped again. Lilith could hardly stand still with her excitement as she hands him a very large bag of Lei. In turn, he reluctantly gave her the four crystal torsos. She hid them somewhere in her robes, before glaring at the Duke again.
"Don't you ever deny me something I want. Otherwise we can't be friends anymore, dear Duke." she laughed a psychotic laugh, before shape shifting into her wolf again, running off in the direction of Castle Dimitrescu.
