Y/N had just moved to Florida to pursue her dream job of acting. On her first night, she can't seem to get any sleep because of the noisy neighbours and decides to confront them-
She didn't expect the man at the door to be so cute.
I began to stir awake around 3am, feeling parched. I sighed, sleep wasn't happening until I got a drink.
I went to get up, thinking water would help.
I stopped, feeling a hand slip around my waist. His hand. I turned to look at him, he was fast asleep- trying to pull me back and into his embrace. I couldn't help but smile as he mumbled something incoherent in his sleep.
I tried to move again, but it seemed like a waste of time. Every time I tried to move, his grip would subconsciously tighten. I saw his face relax as I stopped moving. I tucked myself into him further, feeling his arm completely take over my waist- holding me to him gently. Just his warmth alone was enough to help me doze back off to sleep.
I must have been comfy, by the time my eyes saw light again it was closer to 10. Sapnap was on his phone, scrolling quietly- his arm still firm around my waist.
"Morning." He mumbled lowly, his morning voice really shining through.
"Good morning" I mumbled back in response, reaching up to rub my eyes. "Sleep well?"
"Never slept better." I gave him a small smile, finally escaping his grasp to stand and stretch.
"Got much planned for today?" I asked him quietly. I liked soft, quiet mornings- felt a lot better waking up beside someone though.... I need to get my thoughts cleared up.
He shook his head no, "Streaming for a couple hours tonight, but otherwise I'm free- unless dream has something planned. You?"
"Was thinking about going to the fair or something- I probably won't though. I don't know this place well enough" I shrugged it off. I LOVED rides, and fair food, and games with cheesy prizes... but I also loved staying within my comfort zone.
"I'm sure dream and George would want to go- we should all go together" sapnap suggested. I shot him a toothy grin in return.
"We can ask them later, get up I'll make my bed then go make us breakfast"
He chuckled softly, burying himself deep into the blanket- I guess he wasn't much of a morning person either. I rolled my eyes, leaving to make us some breakfast.
SAPNAPS POV I watched her leave the room, turning attention back to my phone- seeing there was a text from Dream.
Dreamy UwU Hey dude, George and I are gonna go to the fair in a couple hours. Want to tag along?
Sapnap Yeah dude, sure thing. Was going to ask you the same thing lol.
I put my phone back down, deciding to stop being lazy and actually get up out of bed. I laid out the covers straight and walked out to the living room, almost instantly being greeted by the scent of pancakes.
I turned towards the kitchen, seeing Y/N plating up breakfast for us. "Dream asked if I wanted to go with him and George to the fair. Your coming with yes?" I mumbled, running a hand through my hair.
She chuckled And it melted my heart.
"Yes sap, I'll go to the fair. I already suggested it" she chuckled, beckoning me to the small dining table, putting the plates across from each-other. "But come eat first, then I'll end this hostage situation so you can go home and get ready" God. Looks. Humour. Style. She has it all.
Breakfast went by in a flash, and I was quick to tell her I'd be next door to get ready, and that if she came over in an hour she might as well just catch a ride with us there.
Y/NS POV As soon as sapnap left, I was quick to wash and put away the dishes I used during breakfast. I went to my closet, trying to find an acceptable outfit. I settled on a semi-monochromatic outfit, paring a white tennis skirt with a matching white blouse and off white knitted vest. It was a bit different to what I'd usually wear- and sort of out of my comfort zone. I wanted to dress nicely for the occasion however.

I went to shower, trying my best to be quick. My phone started to ring mid shower, and I reached my hand out to answer the call.
It was just a telemarketer. I was quick to hang up- finishing my shower and getting dressed as quickly as I could. I sent sapnap a quick text, telling him I'd be over as soon as I got my shoes on. He responded with a blunt '👍', making me roll my eyes. I quickly slid on some shoes, grabbing my purse and locking up.
Just as I was arriving, the boys were getting ready to get in the car. Sapnap walked over to me, looking me up and down. Yeah that's right, I caught that.
(😎confidence booster😩) "I was just about to come get you" he spoke so softly. I shot him a small smile, "Sorry I took so long- telemarketer." I explained with a playful chuckle. He looked down, making eye contact with me. "You look good- sorry if that's weird." "The feelings mutual" I nervously smiled, looking down.
"COME ON KIDS WE GOT PLACES TO BE!" Dream yelled from the driver seat, George in the passenger side.
I rolled my eyes playfully- this was going to be a good day.
