A huge amount of air escaped from my mouth as I leaned my back on my office chair. I just finished doing my paper works for today-lesson plan, records of children's activities today and in the next few days, and a lot more. Aside from managing a class, we do also a bunch of paper works. Gladly, I came to work early today and finished them before my class starts.

I put down my pen, closed the files, and set them aside on the edge of my desk. Right then, a certain document that laid down next to my files brought my attention.

I picked it up. It was Ji-ah's student form and it reminded me of that incident one afternoon.

"Hi, Ji-ah! I'm teacher Shasha!" I greeted her as I kneeled to her level. I gave her my warmest smile once her eyes laid on me, to show how interested I was to talk to her. She gave me her doe eyes for a good 10 seconds like she was examining me. My smile didn't leave my face. I tried my best to be as friendly as I could through those smiles.

But to my great dismay, her eyebrows met together and her mouth formed a frown as if she told me to leave her alone. She avoided eye contact and started to ignore me. Though I did my best but it wasn't good enough.

It wasn't a good first interaction between us. A disappointed sigh left my mouth.

It's been a week since then and there's still no improvement. Every day, I kept on talking to her and tried to make friends with her but she still ignores me.

Throughout the week, it became so hard to deal with her behavior. She kept on hiding at the corner and hugged her favorite stuffed toy. And she always rejected the people around her. I can't help but feel down that up to this time, we can't do anything about this.

"Good morning, Sana!"

I was almost lost in my deep thoughts when I heard someone called my attention. It was Ryujin together with Tzuyu, settling in their designated cubicle opposite to mine. I didn't notice them as I was clouded with Ji-ah's situation.

"Good morning, Ryu. Good morning, Tzu." I greeted them back with a slight smile.

"Well, seems like it's not a good morning to you. Are you okay? Is there any problem?" Tzuyu asked me. She perhaps noticed that I'm putting on a smile on my face.

"Yeah, I'm okay. I'm just... thinking about Ji-ah." I breathed while lying down the file I was holding.

I heard Tzuyu sigh as well as she swiveled on her chair.
