"So this Kim Seojoon and Jake are friends?" Aera spoke while chewing her food slowly. Yerin chuckled softly and nodded at her food-loving friend. Yerin took out her phone and looked at the time and quickly stood up, "I'm sorry Aera, but I have to get going."

Aera smiled with food still stuffed inside her mouth and waved. Yerin waved and started running to her destination. Today, Yerin was going to ride a mechanical bull with her mother. Why? It's on the bucket list.

Yerin is a little scared to ride a mechanical bull. She's more worried about her mother though, she might get hurt.

Once Yerin made it to her destination, she was able to spot her mother right away. She ran up to her and hugged her tightly.

"Ow ow! Yerin, I'm getting old. Don't hug me tight!" Her mother complained while smiling, her expression was clearly showing she was happy to see her daughter even though it's only been a couple of hours.

After about thirty minutes, both Yerin and her mother have gone on the mechanical bull. Yerin checks that off the bucket list real quick since she felt like she was getting a little dizzy.

That was probably the most terrifying thing Yerin has done on this bucket list, or at least, according to her. But she could be wrong.

Yerin hugged and waved at her mother goodbye, making her way to the small store on the side. She entered the store and started to look through the selections of snacks. Today, she was going to get her sister some snacks so they can have movie night at the hospital.

"Yerin?" Yerin turned to the direction the voice was coming from, and her smile grew slightly wider and became brighter, "Seojoon?"

"What a coincidence. What are you doing?" Seojoon stepped a little closer to Yerin with a small smile on his face. "Oh, I'm just getting snacks for my sister." Yerin responded while turning back to the selection of snacks. She wanted to get the snacks quick since she didn't want to keep her sister waiting.

"Do you need some help?" Seojoon asked Yerin curiously, noticing that Yerin was deep in thought between the two bags of chips that were currently in front of her. Yerin shook her head and went back to focusing on the two bags.

Her sister loves both chips equally, so it was a hard decision.

Yerin just went with her gut feeling and grabbed the bag on the right. She then made her way to the drink section to get drinks for her and her sister.

Seojoon on the other hand, was completely caught off-guard by how focused Yerin was. He couldn't tell if he was being bothersome to her.

Yerin had finally chosen the drinks and put them in the basket, making her way to checkout.

While Yerin was making her way to checkout, she didn't pay attention to the ground. She ended up slipping on a toy and almost fell, but was caught by a pair of arms.

She slowly opened her eyes and saw Seojoon holding her, their faces were so close to each other, Yerin thought she saw Seojoon blushing.

Seojoon helped Yerin stand up and threw the toy back into its box.

"You should watch where you're going." Seojoon's words making Yerin chuckle a little bit. She turned around and looked at Seojoon, "Don't worry. I will."

A bright smile forming on her face, making Seojoon's heart beat faster and faster. He could feel his cheeks burning hot. He rolled his eyes playfully at Yerin before she turned around and went back to making her way to checkout.

After Yerin finished checking out, she waved at Seojoon before leaving the store. When she left the store, she had only been out for about two seconds before bumping into Jake.

"Jake!" Her smile grew wider and brighter, making Jake feel butterflies in his stomach. "Y-Yerin?" Jake stuttered out of surprise, but that didn't stop him from smiling. He eyed the bag of goods she was holding and turned his attention back to her, "Just finished shopping?"

Yerin nodded, her smile not fading a single bit. Not even an inch.

Yerin noticed the time on her phone and looked at Jake and smiled apologetically, "It was nice seeing you, but I really have to get going. See you at school!"

Yerin started making her way through the crowd, Jake watching her disappear into the distance.

Jake was hoping and praying that he would see her today, even just for a little bit.

"What are you looking at?" Jake turned around and saw nobody other then his buddy, Seojoon. "Nothing." Jake responded to his friend quickly, trying to not sound suspicious.

Even though he was already suspicious for staring.

Jake heard the sound of paper and felt the feeling of a piece of paper hitting his leg. He looked down and picked up the piece of paper. He opened it and saw it had Yerin's name on it, and another name, Yuri, who he assumed was her sister.

He noticed the big words at the top "BUCKET LIST."

Bucket list? Why would Yerin have a bucket list? The only thing that came up in his head was,

"Is Yerin going to die soon? Is her sister Yuri going to die soon? Why do they have a bucket list for the two of them? Are they both sick or something?"

"Why are you looking at the paper like you just saw a ghost?" Seojoon asked, examining his friend's questionable facial expressions. Jake folded the paper before Seojoon could even steal a glance from it and stuffed it inside his coat's pocket. Zipping up the pocket so he can return the bucket list to Yerin at school and figure out why the hell she has a bucket list.

"It's Yerin's. Can we go now?" Jake asked his friend innocently, but secretly hoping that Seojoon doesn't ask about the piece of paper since he JUST mentioned it was Yerin's.

"I was just waiting for you. Let's go." Seojoon rolled his eyes playfully and started walking, Jake caught up to him and the two started making their way to their destination.

The whole time, Jake couldn't stop thinking about the bucket list. Why would Yerin have a bucket list?

Is Yerin going to die? Is her sister going to die?

Jake was trying his hardest to not think negatively, but he just couldn't help it. It was worrying him to death.

He just couldn't wait to ask Yerin about it. And he hoped that she would give him an honest answer.
