"Please buddy? I promise I'll pay you back!" Seojoon desperately begged Jake, he was so desperate he was begging on his knees. Every person that passed by them thought it was some kind of marriage proposal that was being rejected.
Jake sighed and looked at his desperate friend, "I'm not going to ask her to go out with you. You have to ask her herself."
Seojoon sighed out of defeat and stood up, his desperate expression wasn't disappearing anytime soon.
Seojoon wants to ask Yerin out on a date, but of course, he is scared to ask her himself. He tried to convince Jake to ask Yerin for him, but Jake refused, since it clearly wasn't his place to do so.
Seojoon took out his phone and was about to unlock it, but stopped when Jake snatched his phone from his hand.
"Hey! Give that back!" Seojoon tried to reach for his phone but to no avail. Jake was able to make sure he doesn't get his phone back, even though he was shorter.
"Don't even think about texting her. That should be your last resort." Jake spoke out of disappointment. He was trying to make sure that Seojoon treats Yerin right, and asking her out through text isn't exactly the way to go.
Jake wants Seojoon and Yerin to feel connected. When you text someone, you feel connected, but not for that long. He thinks it's better for it to be in person.
He is doing this for the both of them. He wants the both of them to have a good experience.
But he does want one of them to have a better experience than the other. For the sake of their happiness.
"But I'm a coward." Seojoon tried to pout and sound sad to try and make Jake feel guilty into giving back his phone. But the only response he got was Jake shutting off his phone completely.
"I can see that." Jake jokingly said, tucking Seojoon's phone into his pocket to prevent him from getting it for the upcoming hour.
"You're going to ask her in person. Once you ask her, I'll give your phone back to you."
"Fine. You're such an old man." Seojoon pouted, trying to guilt Jake once again. Jake rolled his eyes in response and turned around, walking towards his destination.
"Hey! Where are you going?" Seojoon yelled, confused as to why his friend just started walking and leaving him behind.
"Yerin and I are going in this shark cage for her bucket list. I'll see you in an hour." Jake spoke his last words before completely disappearing into the crowd.
Seojoon groaned out of confusion and annoyance. He doesn't have his phone, and now he has to figure out how to ask Yerin out. Jake told him that as long as he asks in person, it will be okay.
Seojoon spun around and started walking towards who knows where. He didn't even know himself.

Yerin and Jake are now sitting on a bench that was placed right outside a small store. They had left the shark cage not that long ago, and they both needed some time to calm down after that terrifying, but exciting experience.
"I think I almost had a heart attack." Yerin spoke, breaking the silence. Jake chuckled lightly at her little statement. "Is that so?" Jake asked in a joking manner. Yerin turned to him and nodded rapidly with a small pout on her face.
The two kept teasing each other because of the faces in the shark cage. They didn't even notice somebody was waiting, or watching them the entire time.
The person coughed to catch their attention. The two teenagers happy expression immediately turned into confusion while they turned to the direction of the person's cough.
"Sorry to interrupt, but can I talk to Yerin real quick?" To their surprise, it was Aera. Jake nodded and left, patiently waiting to be called back.
Yerin stood up and formed a small smile on her face because of the sight of her friend.
Aera handed Yerin an envelope that had her name on it.
"Who is this from?" Yerin asked curiously while examining the envelope. Aera shrugged, "I'm not sure. I just found it in my mailbox."
"Is it a stalker?" Yerin's small smile soon faded and her expression showed worry. She wasn't worried about herself, she was more worried about her friend's safety.
Aera chuckled lightly at the sight of her worried friend, "I doubt it. It's probably just a secret admirer."
"But it was sent to your house."
"Do you have a mailbox back at home?" Aera's sudden question making Yerin realize she in fact, does not have mailbox at home. She does get mail, but she gets it at the post office.
"I don't have a mailbox back at home.." Yerin chuckled awkwardly, she softly rubbed the back of her head because she only remembered now.
"It's okay. At least I was able to give it to you."
Aera's phone started going off, she took a quick look at it and smiled apologetically at Yerin. The two best friends hugged each other goodbye and Aera left.
Yerin put the envelope in her tiny bag and started to look for Jake. She spotted him sitting next to a tree, admiring the scenery in front of him.
"Can I join you?" Yerin asked while slightly peaking her head into Jake's field of vision. Jake smiled softly and nodded. Yerin sat down next to him and relaxed.
"I got an envelope. Aera said it's from a secret admirer."
Jake had a feeling who this "secret admirer" was. Of course, he didn't want to ruin the "surprise." So he just hummed in response.
"Don't you have a lot of secret admirers?" Jake jokingly asked, making Yerin look at him with a pout.
"I do. But I'm still not used to it."
"I have a feeling," Jake didn't finish his sentence, but it really left Yerin hanging. She patiently waited for him to finish.
It took him a good couple of seconds.
Probably almost a minute.
"I have a feeling that this secret admirer is different." His words made Yerin slightly confused. She tilted her head slightly, her action making Jake's heart do flips because of how cute she was to him.
"What do you mean by different?" Yerin asked, her head still slightly tilted. She felt like she was going to get lost in Jake's beautiful orbs.
Jake forced a small smile on his face to help keep the calm atmosphere,
"I don't know how to explain it. He's just going to be different."
