Don't Stand A Chance

Chapter 16

It's been a few days since we found out about the Russians and Mexicans. I've been locked in my room since we got back the same deal as before, two to three guards would escort the kitchen lady to my room for food, give me 15-25 minutes then take my plate. I swear as soon as I get out of here i'm going to kill Alexander then take his mafia and crush these Russians and Mexicans. Alexander has told me that mine and his father are aware of the threats and that i'm alive and ok. Apparently my father threatened him and his whole entire blood line which made me laugh.

It was time for my dinner but this time the guards came closer to me then before. The lady walked up to me handing me my plate of food I put it in my lap then the lady stepped away, but the guards stayed.

"can I help you"I asked raising my eyebrow, but they just stood there. One slowly started to reach into his left pocket and pulled out a needle. He moved fast towards me but not fast enough. I laid my back flat on the bed and he missed. I sat up throwing my play at his face and grabbing the fork.

I stabbed him in the shoulder causing him to drop the needle. The other guard picked it up then stood up looking me up and down. He pushed the guard I stabbed out of the way and moved towards me, I kept dodging his punches and getting him instead. He went to throw a right hook but missed and I grabbed his arm twisting it behind his back painfully he screamed out. He dropped the needle and I kicked it away then kicked him in the back of the leg causing him to kneel. I elbowed him in the head and he fell to the floor.

"I don't like needles"I said looking at the two bleeding and beat guards in front of me on the floor, I turned around with a smile till I saw another man standing in front of me, before I could process who it was I felt a sting in my left arm and locked down.

This fucker got me.

Then everything went black and the last thing I felt was falling, but not hitting the floor someone was caring me.

I woke up in a bed under the covers. I groaned at my throbbing head and slowly opened my eyes. My vision finally focusing after looking around the room, my room, wait what. I shot up from my bed only to see my bestfriend sitting on the couch on her phone.

"Davina"I asked as her head shot towards me
"Aurora your awake"She said as she stood up running over to the bed, she jumped on top of me embracing me in a big hug that I returned.
"what how am I here"I said as stuff slowly started to come back to me, fuck they must've given me some too shit for me to feel like this.
"Alexander"I said anger immediately laced in my tone and appearing on my face
"ok now Aurora there's something important you need to know-"She said before I pushed her away from me and walked out of my room

I heard people talking in the kitchen downstairs so I walked down. I reached the end of the stairs as the voices got louder. I walked around the corner only to see my father, mother and a few other of our mafia leaders, with about 8 other men but I couldn't see there faces

"dad"I asked as he looked up at me
"Aurora what are you doing"He asked straightening his posture
"i've been great thanks"I said frustrated raising my eyebrows at him
"yes it's just Davina was supposed to text us as soon as you woke up"My father said as Davina came running into the room, her eyes widened then her face relaxed
"i'm sorry sir but she just pushed passed me"Davina said catching her breath
"It's ok Davina and remember it's Derek"He said nodding at her to say it's ok
"ok now Aurora don't freak out"My father said as he slowly got up
"don't freak out about what"I said finally confused
"don't freak out about us"A deep voice said as all the men that were back to me turned around

"Alexander"I said rage immediately coming to my face as he and his family and guards stood up

"WHAT THE FUCK"I yelled as Alexander stepped away from his chair
