Don't Stand A Chance

Chapter 38

Alexander stood up and immediately bullets started flying his way.

He ran from side to side ducking down every now and then to reload and shit.

I crept up the side of the car in the garage and ran to my audi.

Everyone was to focused on Alexander moving around and shooting back at them to even see me.

I opened the door and crept inside finding my phone activating the tracker in my family ring, before trying to call my father.

"stop right there"A mans voice said different to the one before

I dropped my phone after pressing ring to my fathers phone and slowly turning around.

I saw a gun pressed to my head then looked up to see the person holding it.

I looked at him for a brief moment as he looked back at me, I took this distracted opportunity and smacked the gun outta his hands.

I stood up and connected my fist with his face immediately before going down and getting his gun.

I shot him straight in the face and that alerted everyone's attention from Alexander to me.

"fuck"I whispered turning around to see all guns aimed at me

"well did your father pick up"The same voice as before spoke and I looked at my phone to see and he didn't

I stayed quite for a moment as the man walked towards me.

"did he answer"The man said again more stern then last time stoping in front of me

"no"I said taking a step back

The man grabbed me by my wrist and grabbed the gun from my hands.

He pulled me towards him grabbing my arms to position me in front of him and pressed the gun to my temple.

He shoved me forward till I was in the middle of the driveway and Alexander saw me.

Alexander's eyes widened and his body tensed yet his face dropped and relaxed with a frown seeing me like this.

"drop it"The man behind me said pressing the gun closer to my head

"let her go"Alexander spoke anger laced in his tone as he gripped the gun tighter his knuckles going white

"drop it"The man behind me said again more stern and demanding cocking the gun

"fine"Alexander huffed and dropped the gun and the men ran in tackling Alexander

One ran to Ava who was still tied to the leg of the desk and helped her up.

"brother"Ava said weakly walking up the driveway and out of the garage

"you right"The man said with a chuckle looking at how beat up his sister was

"fine you took your time"Ava said with an annoyed glare

"we're here aren't we"The man spoke again as the men walked Alexander up the driveway
