Sequel: Chapter 1

DANNY'S POV
Jake and I became best friends. We currently are attending the same college. Jake is majoring in hockey and I decided to major in baseball. Although our stay at Ruby Manor is over with, Jake and I are mentally injured. We have scars from fighting off Nicky and Jeffery. I am exuberant about them in jail, but until I know they are dead, I still don't feel completely safe. When you live through an experience like the one I experienced in Ruby Manor, you learn a few things. First off, you have to learn to live everyday to the fullest. Since I left Ruby Manor, I have pursued my dream of being a baseball player and have signed to be on a professional team. Secondly, you have to appreciate everything that you have in live. I have been spending a lot more time with my family and friends as well as studying so I don't flunk my college classes. It turns out while I was gone, my family had not left the police alone. There was a missing persons report for everyone of the guests that stayed at Ruby Manor, including the killers, the maids, and Clifford. I had told the police bout everyone's death and they were able to match the cases up.

JAKE'S POV
Ever since the worst period of my life has ended, I have made progress in my hockey carreer. I have been signed to a professional team and have been promoted as captain of my team. While I was gone, my team had won the college hockey playoffs. Nicky and Jeffery are in jail after Danny and I had to testify aganist them, but I still have no piece of mind. An experience like that really messes you up. I can tell that Danny is especially shaken because whenever there is a small noise he stops cold in his trackes and checks his surroundings. I think seeing Sarah murdered right in front of his face had something to do with this. He had really become close to her.

We were walking to our next class and sure enough there was a slight noise and Danny had to check all around us.
"Danny there is nothing there, we are safe now!" I shouted.
He looked at me and continued to walk down the hallway to our History class. All of a sudden Danny was grabbed into a closet.
"Happy 3 month anniversary!" Ashley shouted.
"You can't do that to me Ashley, you know how I am." He said calmly.
"Sorry Danny, I just wanted to surprise you." She said looking sad.
"Happy anniversary to you too." With that he pulled out a present.
"I love it Danny! Its beautiful!" She said gasping at the necklace.
"The pendent is of a microphone becuase that is where we first met. We were at a karoke bar and we were singing a duet together while you sounded like an angel and I sounded like something was dying." He laughed.
Ashley looked in her bag and tried to find something in her bag.
"Hey my present isn't in here, can you guys come up to my room with me so I can grab it?" She asked.
"Yeah we still have 25 minutes until class starts." I said checking my watch.

Ashley opened the door and we all came inside. Suddenly someone came behind me and put a knife to my neck. I heard the voice I never wanted to hear again whisper in my ear, "I'm back."
