Sequel : Chapter 10

- JAKE'S POV - 

I slowly turn around and see Joey with another gun pointed at my head. He presses it to my temple and his grip tightens on the gun. Danny slowly came up behind me and took the gun from my hand, ignoring the several threats from Joey to backup. Joey then pointed the gun at Danny and I took that time to kick him straight in the gut. He fell to the floor and I quickly grabbed the gun and pointed it at him. "Well it has been a fun night, hasn't it?" I said tilting my head, looking down at him with my foot on his chest. I backed up, my grip tightening on the gun, and pulled the trigger, killing him instantly. I turned towards Jeffery who was still laying besides Nicky who was barely clinging to life from all of the blood loss. Trinity, Danny, Ashley, and I walked over to them and with no mercy, I shot both of them in the stomach, right where I knew it wouldn't be fatal. "Ashley and Trinity, tie them up" I stated with no expression on my face. They walked over to a bookcase in the corner of the room and picked up the twine that was laying on top of it. Danny and I looked in the bookcase drawers to find more pistols and ammo. We knew that the body guards would be arriving within two minutes, so we loaded up the guns as fast as possible with the ammo and tossed a small gun to Trinity and Ashley because they had finished tying Jeffery and Nicky up already. Danny and I both had two extra guns, making it 6 guns in total that we all had.

 I heard loud footsteps coming up to the door and I give a little nod and we all load our weapons. A guard steps through the door and I get a quick shot to the neck and he falls to the floor. The next man to step through the door fires a quick shot at me, but I hear it come into contact with some breakable item on the counter in the back of the room. Without taking another second to think, Danny takes a shot at the same time as the guard. It whizzes in between Danny and I, and then one of the girls fired a shot and hit him in the chest. He fell to the floor and we ran to the sides of the room as the remaining guards came running into the room. They started to fire shots at us and we just let our rounds burst at them, while the girls had their guns ready to shoot. They didn't shoot unless necessary because they needed to conserve their ammo.

 Once we knew that there was only one guard left, I looked around to see if anyone had gotten shot in the past two minutes. I looked to Danny first and saw the bullet holes in the wall all around him, but he hadn't been shot. I looked to Danny's face and saw his eyes fixed across the room. As I turned to see the girls, Ashley was on the floor clutching her stomach with Trinity holding her jacket to her wound, trying to soak up all the blood. I ran over to the other side of the room, but Danny just stood there in shock. I took the jacket off of the wound and the entry shot was right about where her stomach would be. I took the jacket and tied it tightly above the wound to try and create a turn-style. I heard loud footsteps and before I could turn around I felt a pain in my back and I fell over, right next to Ashley, unable to move because of the pain.
