~Islas' POV~

I was woken from my peaceful slumber today by my hand maid Dell opening the blinds, I stretched, getting out of bed going to the window. I looked out at the ocean wanting nothing more than to feel the ocean spray, and the wind blow through my hair. I sighed as the door opened, pulling me from my thoughts, I turned to see my mother standing there shaking her head.

"Isla please get your head out of the clouds, we have visitors coming, I want you to wear that blue dress your father got you the other day. Della will help you get ready, and please don't daydream, they'll be here any minute and I want you to look your best alright dear?"

"Yes mother."

I sighed as she walked out of the room, leaving Dell and I alone, she gave me a small smile before shaking her head.

"Come along miss lets get you dressed."

"Dell, how many times must I have to tell you? When we're alone please call me Isla."

She smiled.

"Very well, however we really need to get started."

I nodded my head, sitting down while she started my hair she put my bright red hair up in curls, before pulling it out of my face with a jeweled double head piece. I smiled when she was done before I stood up and she helped me get into my dress, I buttoned the front looking in the mirror, I sighed pulling on my black ankle high lace sided high heeled tie shoes.

I shook my head hearing a knock at the door, I turned to see my parents walk into the room with smiles on their faces

I shook my head hearing a knock at the door, I turned to see my parents walk into the room with smiles on their faces. They came to me and my mom gave me a small hug before taking my hands in hers with the bright smile still on her face.

"You look so beautiful, oh Prince Henrick will be so thrilled."

My smile disappeared as I pulled away from her shaking my head.

"Who?"

"Well you had to know this was coming, your father and I have chosen a suitor for you."

I shook my head with tears coming to my eyes.

"No, I'm not ready, please don't do this."

It was then that my father stepped forward.

"Isla, this is happening, whether you're ready or not, now you will come out of this room and meet the Prince we have chosen for you."

I looked down with a tear escaping my eye before looking back at them and nodding my head.

"Very well."

He smiled, placing his hands on my shoulders.

"That's my girl."

I gave a small smile before letting them lead me out of the room, to the throne room, I stood at my fathers left hand as the doors opened. My eyes met a pair of caramel brown ones before looking over his face to see him smirking, I looked at his attire, seeing that he was just like all the Princes I've met. He stood before us in a black shirt with gray filigree design, with a matching gray cape that hung off his left shoulder. His pants were black and the sides looked like leather matching his over the knee black leather boots. His skin was perfectly tan, and his hair was dark brown that looked kind of red when the sun hit it right.
