Chapter twenty

TW: Blood and mentions of zombies

They all walk towards Hogwarts. When they finally reach the castle, they go to the Headmaster's office. There's just one little problem - nobody seems to know the current password.

"Fuck, what is the password? Lemon chilli does not work anymore" Lucius says as he groans. Everybody panics a bit. What in the world could the password be?!

To their luck, McGonagall greets them. "Hello. It is so good to see that you all are okay. We were so worried, you four have been gone for three days trying to save the others" she says as she looks at Lucius, Y/N, Vera and Laura.

She however widens her eyes when she looks at Y/N. "Dear, are you hurt? What in the name of Godric Gryffindor happened??" she asks, sounding quite worried.

Y/N looks down at herself. She totally forgot that she's still covered in zombie guts. Oops. "Don't worry, I'm fine. I will just need a shower" Y/N says while giving a nervous laugh.

McGonagall sighs in relief. "All right, that is good to know. Let us all go to Headmaster Dumbledore" she suggests.

She then turns towards the golden gargoyle. "Lemon candy floss" she says as the stairs are revealed. They all look confused. Except for Y/N, Dumbledore's passwords just can't surprise her anymore.

"Um... Lemon candy floss?" Vera questions.

McGonagall sighs. "Yes, lemon candy floss. He recently went to an amusement park and fell in love with the sticky candy that the Muggle children eat" she says.

Shrugging, they all walk up the stairs. They are met by a smiling Dumbledore. "Hello. You are all back. That is good. I trust none of you are hurt?" he questions while looking at Y/N, a bit concerned.

She sighs. "Yeah, we are fine. Just no more zombies and blood, please" she pleads.

Dumbledore chuckles at that. "Well, we will see about that. Tonight, Hogwarts will be hosting a Halloween party. It is only fitting as you just went to a zombie dimension. You are of course all invited and will be in a costume. We will make sure someone comes and gets you three when the party starts" Dumbledore declares as he looks at Laura, Vera and Y/N. They all nod.

Vera and Laura then giggle as they whisper something to each other. Laura whispers something to Snape as well. He smirks as he nods at her. Everyone is confused. Nobody questions it, though.

"See you tonight" Harry says as he smiles at the three girls. They all smile back.

Y/N then turns to Lucius. "Will you and Narcissa come as well, Lucius?" she questions, sounding quite excited while hoping that they will.

He chuckles. "Of course we will" he says as he smiles.

The three girls then wave goodbye as they return to their dimension to get ready for the Halloween party.

Lucius then turns to Snape. "What was the whispering about, Severus?" he asks as he raises an eyebrow.

Snape puts a confused expression on. "I have no idea what you mean" he simply says.

Lucius shrugs at that. The two men bid the others goodbye as they apparate to Malfoy Manor.

When they return, Narcissa runs to hug them both. "Oh, you are finally back! I thought I was never going to see you again! Is Y/N okay, too? Was anyone hurt?" she rambles on while sniffing. Snape rolls his eyes while Lucius chuckles at his wife.

"There, there, Cissy. Everything is okay, and we are all okay. Y/N is fine, too. I do not know if you have heard, but we are all invited to a Halloween party at Hogwarts tonight" Lucius tells her.
