'So, I just got an email a few minutes ago, that the package was delivered.' Holding his phone, Parker begins to back up to the door, 'So uh- let's open the door, and see.'
He begins to reach over to the door and twists the handle.
'Yeah dude I'm excited!' Chester was standing back from the door, waiting impatiently for Parker to open it.
The door is pulled open, revealing a polystyrene box. Parker looked back at Chester with regret painted all over his face.
The box had hazard and danger stickers plastered over it, and tape lining every crack, almost as if the parasite was deadly.
'Okay, get it.' Chester ushered Parker to bring it inside. Chester didn't realise the theory of getting a parasite was cooler than the real thing...
Parker stepped outside and walked around the box, finding a good angle to pick it up.
He lifted the box, with his hands on either side. He struggled to lift the box, a parasite can't weigh that much?
'This thing's heavy.' Yet he still managed to bring it inside and up the stairs.
'Okay, come on let's open it.' The adrenaline was in Chester's veins at this point, he was energised.
'Okay.' Parker breath was heavy. The box really was heavy.
They both sat down and began to open the box.
The hazard stickers hadn't wavered them. If it was being sold it couldn't be that dangerous.
Right?
