Chapter 6

"I-Is Onee chan(?) going to be okay?" Takeo shakily said, the young ones were quite traumatized from what happened, and it's just been difficult for them to process everything.

"Your Onee chan will be okay, I'll watch over her, go get some rest okay? I'll protect you guys." Shigeru and Hanako both hugged Zhongli not wanting to let go, they were both so scared, they almost experienced death at such a young age. Takeo held it in and nodded slowly, and hesitated to leave and go to sleep, but he did.

"Hanako, Shigeru, you both are going to need to sleep, you'll be okay." Hanako and Shigeru didn't budge.

"I need to bring Nezuko to a doctor, if you want her to be okay I'm going to need you to let go of me." Zhongli said sternly, Hanako and Shigeru nodded and let go of him, the pay sniffed a little.

Zhongli sighed, "Ill tuck you both in." Zhongli took both of their tiny hands and brought them to their room to go to bed, he tucked them in as they started to fall asleep.

'It's been quite a long night for them..' Zhongli got up and headed to Nezuko's room.

Heavy footsteps on the white snow, Zhongli carried Nezuko through the snowy night— then he stopped once he felt a twitch from Nezuko, he placed her onto the snow, preparing himself.

Nezuko opened her eyes, they were now a pale pink, "Agh!" Nezuko noticed Zhongli and began to run towards him.

Zhongli crossed his arms as a shield appeared, Nezuko kept attacking the shield , slipping and falling and screaming.

'Nezuko Kamado, I cannot bring myself to kill you— but if I have no choice then I will.' Zhongli closed his eyes.

'Demons are feral heartless creatures to humanity, there's nothing I can do for Nezuko but watch her, or Kill her.' Zhongli opened his eyes, not surprised that Nezuko began to tire out but never gave up on trying to attack Zhongli to devour him.

"AGhhh! Agshvahfga!!l" Nezuko growled, she panted and slouched.

"Nezuko Kamado, what would Tanjiro think of you now?" Zhongli stepped closer to Nezuko, Nezuko froze once she heard Tanjiro's name. Zhongli narrowed his eyes a little, "Nezuko, you're a Demon now, but I wonder if it's possible for you to overcome your urges to kill and devour." Zhongli went into a think position as he closed his eyes, Nezuko growled and screamed at Zhongli not liking what he said at all.

Nezuko began to attack the shield once again, but with more force.

"Nezuko Kamado, you are Nezuko Kamado."

"Nezuko Kamado, you are a Demon."

"Nezuko Kamado, If you continue like so, you may end up killing and Devouring your family, Tanjiro, Takeo, Shigeru, Hanako, Rokuta." Zhongli stared at the cloudy night sky, the snow storm began to calm down a bit, Nezuko stopped attacking the shield and began to cry.

Zhongli de-activated his shield and walked closer to Nezuko, then gave her a hug. Zhongli knew the consequences if Nezuko attacked him like this, but he was willing to take the risk. Nezuko began to sob and cry, 'It seems that...my words have reached to her, I suppose this only happened due to her just becoming a demon..' Zhongli thought, he then now wondered on how he would tell the Kamado family.

"Shh...your okay now Nezuko." Zhongli comforted Nezuko best he could most of the remaining night.
