Trost [Graduation]

Year 850

Age: 15

(3rd person P.O.V)

The 104th cadets were in the city of Trost, spending their last day as Cadets helping the Garrison maintain the wall, cleaning cannons, and keeping peace around the city. For many of them that would be their future Military work.

Come night, the graduates lined up in front of the stage eagerly awaiting to hear about their futures and opportunities after three years of hard work. Every Instructor, every Officer, every Trainer attended the ceremony to witness their once weak and puny Cadets become official soldiers of the Military.

"Hands upon your hearts!" The instructor who'd be doing the talking ordered.

"Sir!" Every Cadet responded with a salute, over two hundred of them looked forward. In front of those Cadets lined up the top ten of the class.

"For you trainees graduating today, three paths now open up before you." He began informing. "You can be stationed at the walls and defend the cities as members of the Garrison! You can put your lives on the line to fight the Titans in their own territory as members of the Survey Corps! And you can serve the King by controlling the crowds and protecting order as members of the Military Police Brigade! Those eligible for MP work have already been named and stand before you!"

The ten Cadets that stood in front were the best of the 104th and more than earned the position. Lined up from right to left, Connie started the line at number ten.

10. Connie Springer. About as smart as a bag of bricks but is compassionate and friendly with every manner of recruits. He is the only recruit to be quicker than Mikasa Ackerman in ODM maneuverability which on its own is an admirable feat.

9. Marco Bott. The most intelligent and best tactician out of the graduates. His mind and impressive knowledge of any equipment helps many of his abilities. 

8. Y/N L/N. On the surface, a physically small, quiet individual but underneath the reserved personality lies a good soldier. With impressive speed and stamina he excels in physical activities, his stature allows him to be more limber and quicker than most in ODM training and on top of that he possesses excellent hand to hand capabilities and remarkable knowledge and skills with the sword. However his weak personality traits often leads to lack of initiative at times, in the field he's much more of a follower than a leader.

7. Kate Maryweather. Although a hot head with a hair trigger for a temper, she proved above average proficiency in the ODM gear, in addition she possesses a great amount of physical strength more so than your typical teenage girl, and occasionally takes it upon herself to take charge of a situation upon feeling the leadership unstable. Another notable trait that should be mentioned is her fierce determination, if she made up her mind that she wanted to ram her head through a brick wall, you'd find moving to be in your best interest lest you want to get run over trying to stop her. 

6. Jean Kirstein. The most proficient with the ODM gear knowing it's in's and outs to pristine detail. On top of being an insufferable smart ass, he has it in him to be a very good team leader.

5. Eren Yeager. His determination and drive outmatch anyone here. The look in his eyes is enough to burn the world. He's pledged to devote his heart to Scout Regiment to take back humanities land. Perhaps one day they will with him on board.

4. Annie Leonhardt. Gifted with a sword and unstoppable in close combat, she's a formidable opponent on the battlefield for people or titans. She holds quick thinking prowess that furthers the mission and achieves its accomplishment. The only notable faults is she falls short when working as a team and occasionally slacks off or disappears for small amounts of time.
