Pillow Talk

3rd Person

The plan was for Lexa to lock Clarke in the weapons room during the fight so that Lexa could fight Nia without anymore arguments then she'd go tell her after.

Though Lexa changed her mind and instead, the night before the fight made her way to Clarke's chambers in the middle of the night to tell her. On the way to Clarke's chambers she contemplated telling her what her birth name is but came to no conclusion. If it feels right she will.

She entered the sleeping blondes room and walked over to her trying to be quite so she didn't startle her as she woke.

There was a small bit of light in the room making it visible who was there so she didn't think it was an attacker as she tried to wake her

She sat next to Clarke who was turned over and shook her softly

"Clarke, wake up" she whispered

She heard a mumble and groan - Clarke was waking up

"L...Lexa is that you?"

"Yes, Clarke I have to talk to you."

"Well you chose a very peculiar time to do that but since you're here go on" she mumbles out while sitting up and rubs ber eyes trying to come around

Lexa took a deep breath and thought 'screw it' to all she contemplated

"My birth name is Alexandra. My parents gave it to me when I was born of course, but queen Nia who is my aunt decided she hated that name, and didn't like their way of parenting sine they supported me when I said Costia was my girlfriend. She killed my parents and Costia, leaving me all alone at 14, and now i finally feel my chance has come to properly make it up to you and my family and Costia for all that i have caused. I am fighting Queen Nia tomorrow. Not you."

Clarke just sat and stared taking in all the information that was just thrown at her. Then reality hit her again and she realised what Lexa had done

"What? Lexa no. I don't want you to."

"I am sorry but it is too late. I already arranged it with Nia earlier. When i kill her, her son, my cousin will become king of Azgeda.

Clarke just lets out a sigh and nods her head with a small smile on her face. Understanding yet again

"Would you like to stay with me tonight?"

Lexa being surprised but happy nods her head and smiles.  Lexa lifts up the duvet and climbs into the warm bed. At first she isn't sure if she should move closer, or just lay there until she feels an arm go over her waist and and the blond girl pull herself into the brunette. Lexa smiles at the touch

"I'm sorry Clarke. For all the pain i have caused you since the first time we met when I forced you to kill that boy."

Clarke ignores her remark

"Please be careful tomorow Alexandra" She whispered before snuggling her face into  Lexa's neck and dozing off
