olivia was getting her daughter ready for school while Spencer was at practice "lani stay still" Olivia said while giving her daughter cornrows "but mommy it hurtsssss" kehlani said "no it doesn't, now stay still" liv said "are you almost done yet?" kehlani said dramatically with Olivia chuckling softly "almost lani" Olivia said
(20 minutes later) " okay you ready to go?" Olivia said by the front door with kehlani smiling hard "ready than I'll ever be" she said with olivia chuckling softly before opening the front door and walking to the car with her daughter
Spencer just got out of practice and was on his way home when he got a call from liv "hey beautiful" he said "hey baby, are you on your way home, i miss you" Olivia said with Spencer chuckling softly "yes i am liv, how was lani this morning?" He asked "she was good, no tantrums or anything" Olivia said with Spencer nodding on the other end of the phone "well that's good...anyways are you excited for tomorrow?" he said while bitting his bottom lip with Olivia blushing because tomorrow was their 5 year anniversary "duhh...what about you" Olivia asked " hell yeah I'm excited" he said with Olivia chuckling softly "yeah you better be" she said with Spencer rolling his eyes playfully
"I'll see you in 10 baby" Spencer said " okay bye handsome" Olivia said "bye beautiful" Spencer said before hanging up
(5 minutes later) Olivia was watching tv when she got a call from kehlani's school she picked up her phone answering it "hello?" Olivia said "hi is this the mother of kehlani james?" the lady asked "yes why?" liv replied "well your daughter is being sent home for fighting" the lady said with Olivia mouth dropping "im sorry what" she said
"ma'am your daughter was caught on top of a girl throwing punches, please come pick her up" the lady said with Olivia scoffing "on my way" she said before hanging up grabbing her keys walking to her front door opening it seeing Spencer " hey bab-" Spencer said before he was cut off by Olivia " we have to go" she said before grabbing Spencer's hand dragging him to the car "wait wait what's going on?" Spencer said confused "I'll tell you in the car" Olivia said
"Spencer this is not funny!" Olivia said while driving with Spencer laughing his ass off "i mean it kind of is" he said while laughing with Olivia rolling her eyes " God your so annoying" Olivia said "yeah and you loveee it" Spencer said with Olivia tucking her lips in trying not to laugh " go ahead let it out baby" Spencer said with Olivia shaking her head "stop it Spencer" she said with her husband laughing Uncontrollably
they arrived at their daughters school walking into the main office seeing their daughter sitting down in a chair looking down "kehlani joy James" Olivia said with her daughter looking up at her parents "hi" kehlani said lowly
"Spencer take her to the car, I'll be there in a second" Olivia said with Spencer nodding before taking his daughter's hand walking them to the car
"are you the mother of kehlani james?" the lady up front asked "yeah" Olivia said "please come up front so that you can sign her out for the day" the lady with Olivia nodding before walking up front
"so how'd this happen?" Olivia asked "well some kids said that deja was the one who started it and others said that kehlani was the one who started it" the lady said with Olivia narrowing her eyebrows "my daughter doesn't 'start' anything she's not a bully nor the type of kid to pick on someone...so yeah if you test or pick on her best believe she will-" Olivia said before she was cut off "whoop that ass" a lady said walking by with Olivia chuckling softly
"yeah what she said" olivia said before grabbing a pin quickly signing her daughter out and leaving
(Olivia was now in the car) "sooo....what happened kehlani?" Olivia asked with her daughter taking a dramatic sigh "deja kept picking on me, so i asked her nicely to stop but she didn't, she kept going and going until she hit me and i immediately hit her back" kehlani said truthfully with Spencer clapping "that's my girl" he said with Olivia and kehlani chucking softly
"so did you win?" Olivia asked "duhhh" kehlani said with Spencer turning around "give me sum girl" he said having his hand up with kehlani smiling hard giving her dad a high five
"Spencer stop i don't want her thinking fighting is okay..." Olivia said " well it is when it's necessary" Spencer said with lani agreeing "yeah mommy it is when it's necessary" she said with Olivia taking a deep sigh
"yeah your right, nobody messes with my baby" she said "our baby" Spencer corrected his wife with olivia and kehlani chucking softly
