Iduna POV

"Intruder!" My heart pace quickens as yells can be heard from the ballroom.

What's going on?

I looked over to Agnarr and realised he had stepped nearer towards me, I felt protected.

"We should go."

"Where?"

"Ballroom. Brianna should know what to do." He then placed my arms on his shoulders as we slowly waddled back.

The entrance to the ballroom was crowded as people were leaving and also an increased number of soldiers parked near.

"Halt!" Dozens of soldiers surrounded us as we neared the ballroom.

"Robin stop, these are the guests." A middle aged man took his headgear off and saluted.

"Greetings. Lieutenant Willi at your service. We have an order from her Queen that all guests should be escorted back to their chambers."

"What's going on?" I looked over to see dozens of people exiting the ballroom.

"We aren't sure, truth to be told. We have started an investigation, having witnesses with contact-"

"King Agnarr! Her Queen requests for your presence." Agnarr held me tighter as he glanced at me, seemingly asking for permission to leave.

"Go, I will be fine." He slowly lets go as I lean against the wall.

"Miss..."

"Bessford. I might need a free shoulder."

After explaining dozens of times why I stayed in the same suite as their queen, even stating that we slept together, they still refused to send me up. Luckily, with the help of Daisy testifying and explained my situation, they relent and passed me on to Daisy who was a dear and held me up from stairs and distances.

I tumbled down on the bed as my legs were lying against the carpet. I felt my leg getting colder as my stockings were taken out with delicate movement so that not to pressure the sprain.

"Thank you daisy." I shifted my body upwards so that my legs won't be hanging. She then turned towards a small case, rumbling a glass tube out.

"My pleasure. You have a minor sprain, and should be healing up in weeks." I felt my ankle and saw the redness.

Dancing is indeed a dangerous sport.

"Is it the dance?" She pops open and applied some on her hands.

"Yes-" I gape my mouth open as a cooling feeling spreads across my ankle, I sighed, enjoying the joy of the oil doing it's part.

"Mint ointment. Helps in relieving tensions and has a cooling effect." She smiled at the last part and applied some on her wrist.

Marlin does have pain around the neck.

"Does it help the neck?" Daisy nodded as she applied some on my neck, I felt tingling immediately, following suit the cooling.

Ah... this is heaven.

"Do you know where to get these?"

"In the village, all practices should have one. Do you need one? Her majesty does have a stock of it." She pointed to a chest as I nodded, speaking about Brianna, she must be working on finding the intruder.

"What do you think about this whole intruder situation?

"Not really missus. But I know one thing." Daisy eyes twinkled as she smiled at me." The Queen won't let the case rest easily."
