Regina and Rita arrived in the middle of the woods, looking around to try find the cellar doors. Regina couldn't remember anything after being shot so she had no idea where it was. Rita, on the other hand, would come and go from this place because she didn't want to be suck inside, alone. Out of the corner of her eyes, she caught sight of it.

"Found it" Rita quickly said, spinning the wheel towards the cellar doors.

"Oh, thank God" Regina sighed, feeling the anxiety taking control of her body. Rita parked the car a few yards away, hiding it behind a few trees for their safety. "Right, if I'm not back within 24 hours, leave"

"And do what exactly? Pretend this didn't happen" Rita questioned, looking at the brunette as if she was crazy. "If you aren't back by then, I'm coming in"

"You are not!" Regina sternly ordered, remembering the pain of watching Reina being shot.

"We both know they wouldn't hurt me" Rita sighed, knowing the boys always protected her over the years.

"We thought that about Reina too" Regina simply replied, looking down as she thought about her older sister. Rita just looked shocked at her, knowing Regina still hurts a lot from that day. This was the moment Rita truly realized why the other woman wouldn't let her do anything but sit in the car. "Loosing Reina was the hardest thing that has ever happened... I can't loose you too"

"Ok, I'll stay but you have to come back" Rita softly but quickly said, reaching out to hold her sisters hand.

"I know I'm hard on you but that's only because I love you and I know how smart you secretly are" Regina said with a proud smile, showing her love through her eyes.

"I love you too" Rita added, giving a small chuckle as her eyes teared up.

Regina pulled the younger brunette into her arms, holding her close. She never got a chance to say goodbye to Reina so she is making sure she gets to now. She placed a kiss on the side of her sisters head as she pulled away, holding her face in her hands.

"24 hours, ok"

"Ok"

Regina gave a final proud smile as she climbed out the car, quickly heading towards the cellar. She pulled the doors open to see the dark hole going down, trying to figure out if there was a set of stairs. She just sighed and jumped down, knowing it can't be too far; luckily it wasn't. As Regina landed, she stumbled into the wall a little but stayed on her feet. It was pitch black other than a small coming from a separate corridor. Regina had no choice but to follow it. Meanwhile, Emma was finally waking up in the mental room once again. She could feel the blood in her mouth, causing her to quickly throw it up.

"Oh god" Emma sighed, resting on her elbows to keep herself up.

She collapsed down beside the sick, unable to hold herself anymore. The door slowly opened to reveal Carl stood there, a tray of food sat in his hand. Emma was able to turn her head on the ground, seeing who it was and why he was here.

"You need your strength back up" Carl simply said, pushing the tray against the floor.

"Why? He's meant to kill me, not keep me alive" Emma huffed, resisting the starving feeling inside her.

"He wants to enjoy the killing and he can't if you are like this, eat up" Carl demanded in a tired voice, showing he was exhausted.

"Just kill me, please. Accidentally drop something sharp on the floor and I'll do it myself, if need be. Just help me finally end this" Emma begged, lifting herself back onto her hands and knees.

"I can't, he'll kill me. I'm sorry, Em" Carl softly said, thinking back to their history together.

"Don't call me Em, we aren't 13 anymore" Emma sighed in annoyance, crawling over to the tray of food.

She looked to see it was a boring cheese sandwich that didn't smell very fresh. Emma just shrugged and ate it, not worrying if it killed her. Carl quickly left the room, not wanting to see her like that. Emma almost inhaled the sandwich before downing the bottle of water, feeling her strength coming back. After a few minutes, she was strong enough to sit up and lean against the wall. She just sighed and started to fall asleep. The door then opened again, causing Emma to sigh in annoyance. She didn't bother opening her eyes, knowing they are going to carry her anyway.

"Emma?" Regina whispered in shock, seeing the state of the blonde on the ground.

Emma's eyes shot open at the voice, snapping to see who she knew was there. A wave of relief hit her as she saw Regina, a weak smile managing to appear. Regina quickly rushed in and over to the blonde, bending down to help her.

"Gina? Is that really you" Emma asked, placing her hand on the brunettes shoulders. Regina then slapped her across the face, not too hard as she knew she was weak. "Yep, that's really you"

"That is for leaving me again" Regina said in a harsh tone, her glare enough to show she wasn't happy by it. Within the same second, Regina crashed their lips together in a soft but crazy passionate kiss. "That's because I thought I lost you"

"Wait, why are you here" Emma quickly asked, looking a little confused at the blonde.

"What do you mean? I came to rescue you, dickhead" Regina huffed her response, knowing it was obvious at what she was doing.

"Why, I told you not to come after me. This is my only chance to end all this, I can't have you getting hurt in the process" Emma questioned, not wanting the brunette to be in danger.

"But you left a note-"

"I didn't leave a note"
