The group entered the busy bar, seeing it was a little hectic for a Friday afternoon. Regina frowned a little at the sight, not too impressed with how it looked. She started at the counter and saw only one person serving; on a day like this, there should be three. She noticed dirty glasses left on tables and piling up behind the bar, confused where the rest of her staff were.

"What the fuck" Regina asked, her whole face growing angry at the place. Both Marco and Rita looked at each other with confusion, knowing it wasn't this bad when they left earlier that morning. "Which manager is on today"

"Keke, I think" Marco replied, trying to remember the rota in his mind.

"Oh, for god sake" Regina sighed, knowing she never leaves Keke to run the day on her own. "Right, can you two jump on behind the bar and get all the staff to come see me immediately"

The angry tone in Regina's voice prompted the pair to hurry. The brunette took off through the bar and slipped out back, unseen by the busy barmaid. Emma followed behind with slight confusion, soon catching up with her.

"Are you sure you want to do this now, you are still in pain" Emma softly asked, knowing her wound wasn't helping with her anger.

"I'm fine, Swan" Regina simply replied, not bothering to even look at her.

Before Emma could continue, the door opened to reveal a few people coming in. Regina held a stern and angry look as she watched them, not daring to break. None had expected her to be back today, all a little nervous as they knew this meant something bad. Keke then followed in behind them, freezing in her tracks at the sight of the brunette.

"Regina? You're back" the nervous woman muttered, stepping a little bit closer to the rest of the staff.

"Yes, obviously. Now, can someone tell me why my bar looks like a shit hole" Regina asked in an annoyed tone, using the manager voice she naturally had. They all stayed silent, none wanting to be the first to speak; this annoyed their boss more. "SOMEONE GOD DAM ANSWER ME!"

"We're very busy" a guy quickly said, his voice quiet and refrained.

"I can see that. So, why is there only one behind the bar? Where were the rest of you and why was no one clearing glasses" Regina snapped her question, still managing to be quieter than her previous shout.

"I was told to just stay behind bar and someone would be there to help eventually" the nervous barmaid replied, knowing she had nothing to do with it.

"This kind of behaviour is not ok, I will not tolerate it! You three get behind the bar, you lot start clearing glasses and someone bring be a scotch" Regina ordered, pointing at the door to get rid of them all. "Not you, Keke, I need to talk to you"

"Oh shit"

"Gina, come on. You need to calm down and take your medication" Emma softly said, knowing she needs the brunette calm more than any.

"No, Swan, just go wait in the bedroom, I'm busy" Regina huffed, pushing the blondes hands off her shoulder. Emma just sighed and done as she was told, avoiding the answer from the woman. Regina looked at the employee with a harsh glare, anger bubbling up inside her. "At the end of this shift, I want your manager badge and keys; you are no longer a manager. I need people I can trust to run my bar when I'm not here and you, clearly, aren't capable"

"What? No, Miss Mills, I'm sorry" Keke quickly said, knowing how much her wages while drop due to this.

"You should have thought about that beforehand. I know you were out back with a couple of the other girls all smoking instead of doing the job I pay you to. Now, get out of my sight and start clearing those glasses" Regina ordered, already turning away to head to her room. Just as Keke left, Rita came wondering in with a scotch. "Awe, thank you"

"No problem. I've never seen them lot work so fast, you really scared them" Rita said with a slight chuckle, knowing she's never seen the place that bad before.

"Well, they really pissed me off" Regina huffed, taking a large gulp of her drink.

"It's not hard to do that now is it" Rita chuckled, prompting a small one from her sister.

Without bothering to say goodbye, Regina walked into her bedroom. She saw Emma bent down and stroking Queenie. Regina placed her drink on the cabinet beside the door, catching the dogs attention. Like a flash, she sprinted to her owner and leaped into her arms. Regina laughed as she caught the dog, struggling as they are almost as tall as each other.

"Hi, my baby girl. I missed you so much" Regina said with a smile, placing the dog down and allowing her front paws to rest on her shoulders. Queenie began licking the woman's cheeks and crying due to her happiness, having been without her for a month. "I know, I know, it's been too long"

"I'm not sure if you or the dog missed the other more" Emma said with a chuckle, seeing the happiness on both of them.

"She's my good girl, yes you are" Regina happily said, ruffling the dogs pointy ears. Soon enough, she made Queenie jump down. She walked over to the bed with her drink, exhausted from the day already. As she sat down, Queenie jumped up and snuggled into her stomach, looking up at her longingly. Regina smiled and stroked the dog, seeing how needy she was. She then noticed Emma just stood watching. "Are you going to come sit"

"I thought we were going to have the fight" Emma asked, knowing she doesn't want it to happen but wants to be prepared for when it does.

"Not tonight" Regina simply said, a small but weak smile that said it all.

Emma walked over and climbed into the bed, moving as close as she could go the brunette. Without a second, both moved in and connected their lips. The more it deepened, the more passion they held. Regina moved a little to be closer, prompting the dog to quickly move. Before she knew it, Queenie put her face between the pairs and began licking Regina's cheek. Both laughed at the needy dog, knowing they had to wait with an exited puppy that missed her owner.

"You know this is what it is like to have a baby around, right" Emma said with a chuckle, gesturing down to her own stomach.

"I can't wait"
