The following week came, making Emma Swan, still, 8 months pregnant. She woke up in the arms of Regina, cuddled close. Her gave traveled to the large bump, seeing her girlfriends hand resting on it. As much as she hates being pregnant, moments like that make it better. She rolled over in the woman's arms, easily able to not wake her. Emma leaned in and kissed Regina a few times on the lips. The brunette smiled as she began waking up, kissing the woman back.

"Good morning, my darling" Regina happily said, bring her hand back to the blondes bump. "And good morning to you, little one"

"Morning, baby" Emma smiled, kissing the woman a final time.

"Ugh, I have work soon" Regina sighed, letting her head rest against the blondes. "Are you going to go for a walk today"

"Yeah, Rita and I are going to take Queenie out; gives me a reason to get out" Emma replied, knowing she needs to get out of bed.

"Don't over due it though" Regina warned, worrying about the blonde being close to her due date with twins on the way.

"I won't" Emma chuckled, kissing the brunette once again.

She moved in for a second, this time deepening it. Regina moved her hands into the blonde locks and pulled her closer, infecting their kiss with passion. Emma clung to Regina desperately, growing more and more longing for the woman. They hadn't slept together since Emma was 5 months pregnant, mostly because the blonde was easily irritated and uncomfortable all the time. Soon enough, their lips split apart and let their eyes lock.

"I love you" Regina said with a smile, pecking the woman's lips.

"I love you more" Emma replied, moving back in again.

"I have to get ready for work" Regina chuckled, moving to the side and letting the blonde kiss her cheek.

"No, stay with me" Emma begged, leaving wet kisses along the brunettes cheek and neck.

"Mmm, baby, don't do this to me" Regina moaned with a smile, enjoying the feeling of the woman.

"Just stay and love me" Emma continued, cuddling closer to the woman.

"I have to get dressed" Regina chuckled, finally able to slip out the blondes arms.

"Fine, be boring and work" Emma pouted in a teasing manner, giggling a little as she did.

Regina simply laughed and climbed out of bed, heading over to her wardrobe. She strokes Queenie quickly before getting her clothes. Regina stripped down and managed to change into her underwear before she noticed Emma watching. She simply raised an eyebrow of curiosity at the woman's stare, smirking a little.

"Can I help you" Regina asked, placing her hands on her bare hips.

"You can come over here" Emma replied, letting her eyes run over the almost makes body.

"What happened to no sex until the babies are here, huh?" Regina questioned, smirking wickedly at the blonde.

"That went out the window when you put on my favourite underwear set" Emma simply answered, bitting her lip at the attractive woman. Regina just chuckled and rolled her eyes, a slight head shake as she turned away. She slipped into her pair of jeans, causing a frown from Emma. "That was mean"

"No, I have work" Regina laughed, lifting her band shirt over her head.

Emma pouted her lip at the woman, giving her the puppy dog eyes. Regina giggled and walked over, crawling across the bed. She led next to the woman and gave her a smile, brushing a piece of blonde hair behind her ear. Emma went to move in but Regina leaned back, purposely teasing her.

"Don't do that" Emma warned with a playful frown, sliding her arms further around the woman's waist. Regina giggled and flashed her perfect smile, liking the reaction she got. "This isn't funny! This pregnancy is making me so horny"

"Well, when you put it that way" Regina smirked, leaning in close to the blonde. Just before their lips could touch, Emma flinched away due to a pain in her stomach. She growled and held the side of it, showing she was hurting by it. Regina quickly sat up with concern, placing her hand over the other woman's. "Hey, what's wrong"

"I've been getting these really painful cramps all night, it's nothing much" Emma shrugged off, relaxing as the pain finally stopped.

"You sneaky bitch" Regina whispered in shock, frowning a little at the blonde.

"What" Emma asked, trying hard to act like she was clueless.

"You're in labour, aren't you" Regina quickly said, sitting up more in slight annoyance. Emma looked awkward at the brunette, avoiding her eyes. "Oh my god, you are. Why didn't you tell me? I know I knew"

"Because we still have ages until they come and I really want to have sex, these god dam hormones" Emma sighed dramatically, letting her head drop onto the pillow.

"You should have told me! Emma, you're about to have our babies" Regina said with a growing smile, gently slapping the blondes shoulder.

"No, I'm aren't, they aren't coming for ages. I've been in labour since 1 this morning and they are still 40 minutes apart" Emma said with a sigh, feeling a little embarrassed she was caught.

"You didn't tell me because you wanted to sleep with me" Regina questioned, trying hard to hide her smirk.

"Maybe"

"That's the most Emma Swan thing ever"

The pair both laughed at the comment, relocking their eyes. Regina placed her hand over the blondes bump, gently rubbing it. Emma just smiled as she watched that, knowing she will miss this. Due to her hormones making her emotional, she began to tear up at the sight.

"I love you, Gina" Emma said in a cracked voice, hating that she got this emotional.

"I love you too, Em" Regina giggled, leaning down to kiss the large bump.

"No, don't, I'm going to cry" Emma quickly said, feeling a tear slip out at the cute sight.

"Oh my god, I'm so excited" Regina happily said, smiling brightly at the blonde.

"Me too but we better buckle in, it's going to be a long labour" Emma sighed in annoyance, remembering just how long it was with Marco. "Long enough to add a quicky in"

"Okay... But if you get a contraction, we are stopping" Regina replied with a smirk, moving up closer to the blondes face.
