Nobody's P.O.V
Parish, Lena and Iva were in a room with Parish standing, Iva sleeping and Lena besides her daughter. "Ian is dead..." Parish said as she bit her finger standing near the window. Lena said nothing as she looked at her daughter that was sleeping peacefully.

"Why are you saying anything?! Didn't you hear me! Ian is dead!" Parish shouted as she looked back at Lena who didn't look at her. "Killed by Noah, yes, I heard." Lena said as she continued to stroke her daughter's hair.

"How can you be so calm?! He was your husband-" Parish shouted as she was about to say something more she remembered that Iva was sleeping and stopped staring at the little girl. "It was...your husband...who got killed..." Parish said to Lena quietly as she looked in a different direction.

"He tried to kill a defenseless child... Do you really want me to defend that sort of behavior?" Lena asked Parish calmly as she looked down at her lap. "That's what they said! But you can't tell for sure if that's what really happened! Ian would never-" Parish said as she was about to defend Ian (sick bastard😑😒) but Lena cut her off.

"Push a child to save his own life? That sounds about right. I have no doubt in my mind he'd do that if push comes to shove." Lena said as she looked at Parish. "Lena! Are you listening to yourself?! You're essentially justifying murder." Parish said as she tried to reason with Lena. "Then what do you want me to do? Condemn Noah?" Lena asked Parish as she looked down at the ground.

"I..." Parish began to say before Lena cut her off. "You know damn well Noah isn't the type of person who would do that without a good reason. Besides, do you think I'm in any position to criticize Noah? Do you know how many times I have wanted to end him myself?!" Lena said almost shouting at the end getting annoyed with Parish's whining. "Lena...what?" Parish asked her shocked by the words that left her mouth.

"Is it surprising that I would have those kinds of thoughts? It's awful. But I couldn't help but think about it every time he brought a new woman home. Even if he doesn't care about me, he should have at least care about how it would affect Iva." Lena said to Parish as as stared at the bed in frustration and sadness like she just exposed her darkest secrets. She pushed her daughter's bangs out of her face as she slept peacefully.

"Lena please... I understand your frustration, but this is murder we're talking about." Parish said as she tried to get Lena to change her mind. Lena finally had enough of Parish that caused her to snap. "You fucking thing you can understand my frustration?! I don't want to hear such a thing from a goddamn hypocrite like you!" Lena said as all of her frustration was poured into what she said to Parish. "Hypocrite? But I..." Parish said as she tried to understand what Lena meant before she was cut off.

"Parish, you know damn well what you and Ian did. Are you even surprised that Noah finally had enough of it? You think I didn't know? I know that Ian broke up with you back in your high school days because of his arranged marriage to me. I know that you went and married Noah to slip your way into the Collins family. I didn't want to say anything because I felt like in a way, we were the same." Lena told her as she reminisced when she found the photos of both Parish and Ian.

"But even after all those years, you and Ian were still seeing each other behind my back. I feel seriously insulted." Lena said sadly as she looked down not looking at Parish. "That..." Parish said as she tried to come up with an excuse but Lena interrupted her.

"Did you really think your secrets were well hidden? They weren't that hard to dig up, you know. And if even someone as incompetent as me could figure it out... Did you really think someone like Noah wouldn't have?" Lena told Parish as she flinched hearing the part where Noah might have figured it out.
