Libby is the daughter of the Joker and Harley Quinn. She didn't turn out to be a villain but instead wanted to be a hero to help Gotham out by fighting off crime tho most people see her as a villain due to her parents. She had a younger sister that died at the age of 15 due to her father's stupidity. Her sister Lucy was in the hospital after a bad accident that happened, it took her two weeks to recover but before Libby could come and collect her the hospital bursted out in flames. Everyone was evacuated from the hospital but Lucy since the doctors thought it would be best to let her die because of her parents. This ticked Libby off badly as she ended up fighting Joker in anger and sadness yelling at him that he just killed his youngest daughter because of the bombs he planted around the hospital. It's been four and a half months from that day and Libby would visit her sisters grave when she could. She goes by The Masked Nightmare and only comes out around midnight when there isn't meany people around and that's when most crimes happen.
Present day:
Libby was at her sisters grave with a bundle of flowers in her right hand as she looks down slightly "Hey Lucy... I got you your favourite flowers" she kneels down and placed them on the grave "I'm sorry I haven't been visiting lately... there has been a lot of crime and me running away so I don't get caught by the police... yeah they still think I'm a villain" she laughs a little bit before stopping as she sits down, "you know I wonder what it's like in heaven... is it nice up there?" She placed a hand on her cheek as she closes her eyes feeling the wind pick up slightly making her hair move around.
