Libby was a famous K-pop singer that didn't belong to any band but would sometimes help them write songs or would make a music video with them. She has been going around the world and singing in all different places but has never gone to (your city, town or wherever) until one day. People where so exited knowing that Libby was coming to (your C, T or wherever) and tickets where selling quickly but luckily you ended up getting one in time before they where all sold out.
