It was pure agonizing hell sitting through the last two classes of the day. I couldn't focus on anything other than the fact that Alex and I would be alone in a house together. I don't understand why this is bothering me so much though. It's not like I actually like him or anything. Right? Damn you Alyssa for saying those things.

Ugh! Why would I even think about this? I don't like Alex; in fact I can't stand his guts. He irritates me; I just want to knock some sense into that pretty little head of his.

Then why does it feel like I may be lying to myself. He is really cute. And when he was talking about his band earlier, I could see he really is a passionate guy. Plus his voice is amazing. I could listen to him sing all day. And that kiss, that was the most amazing thing I've ever felt in my life. I am so confused.

When the bell finally rang signaling the end of the day, I made my way to my locker only to see Alex and Veronica practically having sex on top of it. Great that's what I want to see right now. I walked up to them fighting the jealous urge to rip her off of him.

"Why don't you two get a room or at least do this by your locker and not mine."

They continued to make out as if I hadn't said anything. Wow rude much. I sighed and walked even closer pushing both of them out of the way. They broke apart and Veronica glared at me while Alex smirked.

"What the hell do you want freak!" Veronica snapped at me.

"I want to get to my locker, but you're skank ass was blocking it so I did something about it. Got a problem with that." I snapped back. Alex still stood there smirking.

"Yeah I do. You interrupted and now you're gonna pay for it freak." She threatened.

"Yes because I'm so afraid of you. What's the worse you can do, spread some untrue rumor about me. Big deal. I don't care what people think."

She stepped closer and raised her hand getting ready to hit me. She swung down, but before her hand could make contact with my face, Alex stepped in front of me taking the blow. What the hell!

"What the fuck are you doing Alex?" She asked angrily.

"Just calm down Veronica. You don't want to do something stupid." He said calmly.

"So what, you're saying I'm stupid!" Veronica shrieked.

He looked at me and raised an eyebrow having no clue where she got that from. I shrugged my shoulders not really knowing how her mind worked either. Hell she was his girlfriend.

"No Veronica that's not what I'm saying. I don't want you to do something that gets you in trouble." He tried reasoning.

"Whatever Alex! I know what you meant by that. I'm not gonna be with someone who thinks I'm stupid. We're through!" Before he could say anything, she stomped her foot and stormed away.

We both watched her walk away, not really understanding what just happened. I burst out laughing at how she really was stupid. Alex glanced down at me and started laughing too. Obviously he's not heartbroken over her. Probably because they'll be back together by the end of the week.

"Why the hell do you put up with her?" I asked between laughs.

"She's hot, plus she's really great in bed." He shrugged his shoulders.
