She is a flower who's withering
Uncontrollable albeit caged
Nonchalant about her own feelings
Many days will pass and she's still on her feet
Yet to take a break and breathe
Lifelessly and aimlessly clutching onto some idiotic hope
Over and over again,
Vowed to stay and to serve
Even on the days where her sweat is cold and her throat closes up
Still, she stands
Tired,
Ambitious and hopeful
Yearning to finally be in the arms of her only beloved
