I had to be hearing things because there was no way that the ruthless bitch of a hunter, Kate, I knew was dead like that. Then again with that much anger from a wolf seeking revenge from a ruthless hunter like her maybe it is true.

I chuckled to myself for a moment then looked at Allison. "No offense, Alli, but with what she did, she had it coming. I know she was your aunt, but I was never fond of her. I only tolerated her for teaching me to defend myself so she wouldn't tell Gerard my families' secret. The only person who knew was dad and then her when she went digging her nose into things."

Allison looked at me shocked for a moment then seemed to replay memories in her head to understand what I was saying. It took a moment until she realized the one significant moment that made her piece everything together.

"I always wondered why you called mom Mrs. Argent and dad Mr. Argent whenever she was around," she said wide-eyed, in realization.

I nodded. "She knew I was sent to you guys for a reason, but only dad knew because he knew that if she knew..." I trailed off not wanting to finish the sentence.

"We knew how she was," Scott said, understanding why Mr. Argent kept my families' secret.

Wait. He said "knew how she was." I looked at him in confusion.

"Mom is dead," Allison said. "She had been bitten so she killed herself." Tears were in her eyes as she revisited the memory of that night.

I felt relieved, but I couldn't help but feel bad for Allison. She's like a sister to me. She and her dad have shown nothing but kindness to me.

"I'm sorry, Alli," I said, as I walked up to her giving her a hug.

She finally pulled away from the hug and began to be her apologetic self. She began to shake her head in disagreement with what I had said.

"No," she sniffed. "You don't have to apologize. I now realize how she was with you."

"Alli, she was your mother. It's okay," I reassured her, basically saying that I was not taking no for an answer.

Silence fell upon the group once again as everyone seemed to take in the tons of information that was just handed to them.

I was quietly catching up with Deaton as the silence treaded on until it was finally broken.

"I can't do this," Stiles said as he started to walk out of the room.

"Stiles," I said as I took a step towards him.

He turns around with hurt in his eyes. I took a step back and froze at the sight of his expression.

"NO," he yelled, scaring me a little bit. "How can you just act like we can go back to normal? You left without saying goodbye. Did you even think how anyone would feel!?"

What he said took me by surprise. I understood what he was expressing, but he did not understand my situation. It hurt me as well.

"It's not like that. You don't understand," I began to explain as Stiles cut me off.

"Clearly," he scoffed. This was not the Stiles I remembered.

My heart broke because of how he felt, but he had every reason to feel that way.

"I was picked up by my mom right after school on the last day," I began to explain. Everyone looked at me except for Stiles, and I looked towards the ground. "I had to tell her where all my things were, and I couldn't leave the car. Deaton was still at the clinic so I didn't even get to see him before I left, and we had to go to Talia's to get the rest of my things. When my mother got out of the car I told Talia, with her using her hearing, to say goodbye to Deaton and you all for me, but I can tell that message didn't get passed."

"Dad told me when I got home from school that day," Allison spoke, giving me a reassuring smile and an understanding look. I could see the ring I had Chris give to her on her finger, and she saw that I noticed it. "I never took it off since then."

Knowing that made me a little emotional, but I made sure not to show it completely because the room was still tense from Stiles and Kira.

"Now I understand what she was going to say," Deaton said. I could practically hear the gears turning in his head as he was piecing something together. "Talia called me after to tell me you were gone, but there was something else she was going to tell me until the call cut off. At first I thought her phone died, there was a blackout, something. It wasn't until later that night I found out the Hale house had caught fire."

Wait. What!??

"Wait. The same day," Kira asked surprised.

Deaton nodded.

I began to panic. This confirms my suspicions even more. I think someone wants me dead, and they have been stalking me. So much so that if Deaton was at work I was at the Hale's, and by the looks of it they knew that.

"Hey hey hey. Y/N breathe. Calm down. Tell us what's going on," Scott said as he realized I was on the verge of yet again another panic attack.

It took me a couple minutes to calm myself before saying the next words.

"I think someone is stalking me."
