Stiles's P.O.V.

I felt bad for the way I acted towards Y/N. I had a crush on her back in middle school, and when I finally mustered the courage to tell her, she was gone. I wasn't mad at her. I was hurt.

A little after Y/N left Scott's house, everyone else started to leave. Scott and I went to go see his mom to give her dinner and see if there were any new supernatural leads.

Just about two blocks away from Scott's house we see Y/N on the ground.

"Y/n" Scott questioned her, holding her head like she was in pain.

I parked my jeep close to her and we both rushed to her to see if she was okay.

"Y/n? Y/n, are you okay" Scott asked as he rushed over, but she didn't seem to respond.

She was squeezing her head tight and mumbling something, while groaning in pain.
A couple moments later Allison pulled up behind us asking what was going on. We had told her we found Y/n like this.

"Take her to the hospital, Scott. To your mom, and call Deaton. I'm calling my dad," she said as she picked up her phone getting back in the car.

Once we get to the hospital we find Scott's mom and explain what happened.

She took us to a room and we helped Y/N on the bed. Melissa gave her an injection to help with whatever pain she was having.

Scratch that, she gave her a sedative.

Melissa sighs once the sedative kicks in. "So do one of you want to tell me why she is here? Or how? And what is going on?"

We explained all that happened since we saw Y/N at Scott's and everything that she told us.

"So do you think it might be something supernatural that happened to her," Melissa asks the one question everyone is asking.

Deaton and Mr. Argent got to the hospital along with everyone else that heard what happened, that being Allison and Lydia.

"Talk to me, what happened," Deaton asked concerned.

Scott explained how we found her and how she was acting.

Y/N's P.O.V.

I wake up to muffled voices and a sterile smell.

"Hey cupcake, how are you feeling," Deaton asks me.

I look around and notice I'm in a hospital.

"How did I get here? I was just walking from Scott's house."

There was silence in the room.

"You don't remember," stiles asked concerned.

"You were on the ground in pain and mumbling something so Stiles and I brought you here," said Scott.

I noticed Mrs. McCall and Mr. Argent we're in the room as well.

"How are you feeling, kiddo," Mr. Argent asked.

I had a big smile on my face. "Dad." I say as I try to get off the bed. Once I do my legs feel weak, and I would have fallen if it weren't for Allison catching me.

A couple days go by and I have seen everyone I used to know, at least the ones that are still here in Beacon Hills.

Deaton has Scott checking up on me as well as Derek, to make sure nothing else happens like the other day.

Dad and Allison are going to have me go back to high school soon. Can't wait.

It's the first day of school for me and I already don't want to go. Allison had to drag me out of bed this morning and convince me to go because she had some classes with me. I'm not going to lie it worked, but when we got there and I saw the kids going on the campus, I panicked.

Lydia latched on my arm and started leading to the door, Allison catching up with us.

The three of us burst through the doors and everyone stopped to look at us, well me I think.

I heard whispers.

"I heard she's Lydia's old best friend from middle school."

"She looks different."

"She was also friends with some nerds back then too."

Allison squeezed my hand and gave me an encouraging smile.

"Don't give them the satisfaction that anything is true or false," she whispered to me.

I gave her a nod and went to walk to the principal's office, with them following me, so I could sign some papers and get my schedule, even if Allison told me what classes I have.

The principal had me wait outside so he could give me a tour and introduce me to my first class. Before the first day the school gave me an intellectual test to see what I remembered from school, given I haven't been in almost two years. Turns out I knew a lot and more, I was always smart and the top of my classes, sometimes I was even in classes that were for the grade above me.

Now I'm going to be in classes with my own grade, and the school suggests I have a tutor to make sure all of my schooling is up to date.

He takes me to my first class that I have with Lydia. It's math; I've always been pretty good at it so I guess I still am if I'm in it with Lydia, knowing how smart she is. I'm the only one that ever really knew how smart she was when we were in middle school.

I go to my other classes then head to lunch. I don't want to sit in the cafeteria and be stared at and talked about, so I go to the lunch tables outside.

I see a small empty table and head to it, two steps towards it and it gets taken. I look around and there isn't anywhere else to go. Lydia, Scott, Stiles, and everyone else that was at Scott's the other day were at a table. I could go there, however Kira is there and I don't want to upset Stiles anymore.

Just as I go to turn back, Ali is right behind me. I squeal because she scared me.

"AHHH", I yell.

"Oh my god, y/n! I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you. Are you okay," she asks.

"I could've DROPPED my croissant," I exclaim. She looks down at my tray to look at my food. "No. Literally I have a croissant, Ali," I say, jokingly.

"I see that," she replies with relief. "Hey, you can come sit with us if you want," she says, motioning towards the table with Lydia and everyone.

I politely smile to her. "Thanks Ali, but I'll be fine today. Maybe another time."

She looked concerned for a moment. "Is it because of your sister or Stiles?"

I stop, knowing she knows me too well. "It's neither, Ali. I just want to go talk to everyone and meet people. I'm sure everyone has questions on how I've been and more," I say as I walk away.

I hate lying to Allison, and I could never lie to her while looking at her. She always knew my tells for some reason. I just found an empty hallway for lunch to eat. I wanted to cleared my head of the day so far.

I have an English class with basically everyone that was at Scott's, besides Lydia. The rest of the day went on pretty good.

That is, until I went to leave.
