Silence filled the room as the last words left the twins mouth only to be disrupted by a phone ringing.

Kira looked down at her phone then said, "I have to take this." She walked out of the room as she answered the phone.

There was awkward silence again for a few moments until it was broken.

"So, Y/N. You know about the supernatural," Isaac asked.

Everyone gleamed at him. Some in embarrassment, others in concern.

"I have a kitsune for a mother and sister, an emissary father figure, and a foster family of supernatural hunters. So yeah, I know about the supernatural," Y/N answered.

"You know about that," Allison asked as they all looked at y/n in shock.

"I was always a rebellious kid," the girl said as she shrugged her shoulders.

"That I can confirm," Deaton began, everyone now looking at him. "I remember catching you at pack meetings."

Stiles stepped forward in curiosity. "Wait, pack? As in werewolves and alphas, pack? Pack meetings as in, the Hales, Deucalion, Kali, and the twins?"

There was a tension in the room as Stiles listed off the names, but everyone had their own reasons as to why. Panic started to settle in the girl, and Scott noticed.

"Y/N, are you okay," the boy asked with worry.

Deaton focused his attention on the girl trying to calm her down. "Y/N, what's wrong?"

"Y-you know the twins," she got out in a shaky breath, not knowing where to look in the room. Everyone was looking at her with worried faces. "Are they here," she asked in panic.

"You're scared of them," Scott picked up on her heart rate and emotions.

The girl looked up at Scott and nodded. Then looked to Deaton in an attempt to explain why.

"Y-you may have caught me at some pack meetings, b-but I never missed a single one. Never. I was there with Peter and Derek-"

"You know Peter and Derek," Lydia cut her off.

"Yeah, well kinda. I was with Peter and Derek when the packs were discussing combining forces, but Talia put it down. Then they had a meeting without Talia-"

"Can they even do that," Isaac asked.

"No. Talia was the leader of all the packs," Deaton answered.

"Was?"

Deaton shook his head with a saddened look to y/n's question and mouthed the words "later" to her.

"As I was saying, they had a meeting without Talia, after Deucalion lost his eyesight, which I was at that event also-"

"Y/N, how many times did I tell you not to go to negotiations, they could be dangerous," Deaton said in a worried tone.

"I know, Dea. I'm sorry. One of the wolves there that heard me ran out when they started firing and took me to Talia's. There was blood all over me because the wolf that helped me got shot. You didn't know because she didn't want you to worry."

Deaton looked at the girl not knowing what to say and just nodded and said okay.

"Okay. Like I said they had a meeting without Talia to make themselves stronger alphas, which required slaughtering their whole entire packs and then making a pack of their own."

"An alpha pack," Allison said.

"Correct. The next meeting I went to, I assumed was going to be like any other or planning an uprising, n-not...not a slaughterhouse of packs. T-they were supposed to kill e-every member of their pack, but K-kali had a soft spot for her emissary. She was so focused on her that she didn't hear my heartbeat racing, even if I was thirty feet away," she said, as everyone looked at her in shock. "I crawled away until I felt it was safe enough that no wolf could hear my footsteps, and began to run, but it wasn't too long until I ran into two blood hungry twins. They took me back to the rest of the pack because they recognised my scent. They wanted me dead, but Deucalion saved me. Not because I was there when he was blinded, I'm human, or because of Deaton, my background, it was because I went through all of those meetings secretly, especially that one, and didn't make a single sound. I had to live with that, he told me. The twins weren't so happy about me walking away."

"Okay. See you later. Love you. Bye," Kira said on the phone as she was walking back into the tense room. Her face was already tense from whatever she heard on the phone.
