I was sitting on the front if Risacca's broom, and she was holding onto me. This, of course, is fine. However, her burying her face in my neck isn't. We got to the bandit hideout, and I landed.
"Alright, this one has no treasure, so we need to be as quick a possible with it." She told me.
"I got this then. Take a couple steps back." I told her.
She did as I said, and I stood at the entrance. I opened my grimoire, and focused my magic power. It took a second, but I finished charging the attack.
"Alcohol Creation Magic: Liquor Leviathan!" I shouted, casting the spell.
A giant oceanic monster made of liquor flew inside the base, washing through it and the people within. After only a couple minutes it came back out, soaring into the air. It crashed into the ground, incapacitating the dozens of bandits trapped inside.
We went through in a brief sweep, finding nothing but alcohol and food. I 'confiscated' the alcohol for later, and we got to the second one.
"As spectacular as that spell was Y/n, there is real treasure in here and you can't use that." Risacca explained.
I crouched near the entrance for this one, scratching my chin. I got an idea, and placed my hands on the entryway.
"Alcohol Magic: Hennessey Hands." I said.
The drink flowed from my palms and into the dark fortress, and I closed my eyes. I focused until I felt that I covered the entire floor in the alcohol. I used the magic to grab all of the bandits and pin them to the ground, while Risacca walked in and grabbed the stolen goods.
I was sitting by the entrance waiting for Risacca to come back from dropping off the first load of treasure, when one of the bandits broke out of the trap. The others started trying, until a spike came from the liquid and stabbed through the man.
Eventually more knights arrived and arrested them. They got info on the rest of the hideouts, and our job was done.
We got to the village, and put all the items in a pile in the center. We helped them rebuild the village, with me mostly doing the physical work while Risacca helped the planning.
We spent the next week helping the efforts, and got five stars from it. Yippee!
