Sakura and I sat in silence next to one another until the bell for first period finally rang, then went the morning announcements.
Honestly, I'm surprised she didn't try starting at least 50 different conversations. Why is she so quiet all of a sudden?
Sakura. Sakura Haruno. I want to know more about her. I'm not interested in her but, for some reason, it just feels like something's different about her; I can't help but feel intrigued.
We sit in silence for a couple more minutes. "Aren't you gonna go?" I asked.
"I'm waiting till' the hallways clear up a bit, you?"
"...I was just leaving."
A few more minutes passed. "I thought you were leaving," she looks over at me.
"I am. I'm just..looking at something right now," I replied, scrolling back and forth on my home screen.
"Yeah, because the iPhone home screen is soooo interesting," she puts her head over my shoulder.
"....You've been getting really comfortable with me lately," I turn to her. Our faces are inches apart. "I could secretly be wishing I'd never met you for all you know."
"You wouldn't, you know you love me," she smirked, saying in a flirty tone.
"I don't."
"Rude," she laughed, "anyway, we should go. It's been what, 15 minutes already."
"Yeah," I shut my phone off.
What was that? How many personalities does Sakura have? With every passing second I spend with her I feel like she gets harder to figure out.
One second, she could call me an idiot and hit me till' I'm dead, then the next, flirt with me. Then the next, lecture me, then somewhat threaten me.
She could be as quiet as a mouse, then the next thing you know she's talking like there's no tomorrow.
Sakura.
Chapter XV - Fanboys
Sakura's POVI looked behind me and noticed Sasuke still sitting down, staring blankly at the black screen of his ✨cellular device✨. What the hell is that fine idiot thinking about?
And I can't believe he said he didn't love me. I thought we were friends now; Naruto would never.
I walked over to Sasuke and leaned my head over his shoulder again, placing my hands on them. "What're you thinking about, Mcdreamy?"
He blinked. "Mc...what?"
"I bet it's our wedding 'innit?" I chuckled.
"No. I don't want to marry you," he replied, straight-faced, turning in my direction again.
Our faces.... are inches apart. Is this a sign to punch him right in his shit? Nahhhh.. maybe God doesn't want me to do that. Maybe I should burn his house down instead.
"Yeah you do, you hot bitch."
"...?"
"Ahem, what I meant was..let's go to class. We have first period together, so we should.. walk.. together. And also pray Guy Sensei doesn't make us do 50,000 laps."
I meant to call him a hot bitch in my head. Technically speaking, he is a hot bitch. But still.
...
Sasuke and I had our first three periods together, then we split up. The annoying school Day eventually ended and I decided I would stop by Naruto's house to make sure he was okay.
I noticed Sasuke on his way home and decided to see if he would come with me. "Hey," I tapped his shoulder.
He turned around and stared at me for a while. Oh my gosh back it again. "Beautiful, aren't I?" I teased him.
"...Yeah?"
Oh~ okayyyyy...wanna fuck?
"I think you got them looks too, my good sir," I winked.
"What?"
Oh...this idiot wasn't even paying attention to what I said. Ya know, when you really get to know him, he's just like every other bitch. Just a little emo, but it's okay, because it's okay.
He's getting easier to read too. "Sooo.." I started, "wanna go to Naruto's house with me? He has a lot of cup noodles."
"No thank you."
"Great. He doesn't live too far, let's go. My car is right over there," I pointed, leading him in the direction of my shiny whip 3000.
If Sasuke has gotten to know me as well as I'd think by now, then he'll just go along with it because I won't stop pestering him until he does.
...
Naruto, Sasuke and I sat in Naruto's kitchen eating cup noodles and talking about random things. I know Sasuke would rather be at home in silence eating his stupid rice right now, but too bad I'm such a great person and won't let him do that.
"Ya know, a guy asked to date me at school today," I said, turning to Naruto.
"Really?" Him and Sasuke say, simultaneously looking up at me.
"Why're you both so surprised? Am I that ugly to you two?" I glare.
"No," Sasuke replied almost immediately, "I just didn't pick you as the popular type."
"I'm not, but guys come around every now and then, it's always the same story too."
"Same story?" Naruto questioned.
"Yup. He wanted my number had to hit em' with that mmm mmm. 'Your bright pink hair really stood out to me, it's really like no 'others, I find you very beautiful. Would you mind giving me your number?' It was so cliché."
"Wow," Naruto laughed.
I heard Sasuke click his teeth. Boi wut da hell boi. Is there a problem, because we can definitely solve it...in the bed.
.......All jokes.
Okay, maybe I did used to follow Sasuke around trying to find out his likes and dislikes, (just to forget everything later).
Maybe I did anonymously send him a note everyday that complimented his deep, dark eyes and black or blue hair.
His hair color changes every other episode like damn inconsistent hair having ass 😭✋🏽.
But that was the past me. Every idiot makes mistakes. Nowadays, I wouldn't even think about doing something like that. It's weird and not to mention creepy.
