I was still crying into my hands when the masked man came back into the bathroom.

"uh.. are you ok.?"
I heard his voice behind me causing me to jump a little.

I wiped my eyes quickly before turning around, I didn't want him knowing how upset I was about this,

"yeah Im fine, let's just get al this cleaned up ok?" I said looking into the eyes of the mask.

"ok well I found some scrubbing brushes and bleach in the kitchen, It should be good to clean up the blood" He said handing one of the brushes

I took it out of his hand then looked back at him, tears once again forming in my eyes. I couldn't hold them back.

He noticed quickly,
"Look trust me nothing will happen to you, I know how to properly clean this up."

I nodded before he set the bleach on the counter and started opening it,
"Come on let's get to work" He said laughing a bit.

"hey wait.." I said trying to sound confident

"yeah?" he replied still kinda focussed on what he was doing,

"what should I call you?" I asked stepping closer to him

"anything you'd like" He said looking up

"ghostface" I stated laughing a bit at the name. It sounded kinda weird saying it out loud.

he also laughed a bit,
"that works, now come on let's get started this is already going to take us a bit"

2 hours later we were done cleaning. We got rid of the scissors and scrubbed the whole bathroom including places that didn't have blood on them. Ghostface said it was just to be safe and I listened because I had no idea what I was doing. We were now sitting beside each other on the bathroom floor with our backs against the wall.

"so what now?" I asked, I was sweating from all the cleaning and I was slightly out of breath.

"uhm, nothing really." He said tilting his head back so it was resting against the wall.

"I'm really hot so I'm going to go get changed into something else" I stated getting up, I was wearing a black long sleeve shirt with blue jeans so that probably wasn't helping how hot I was.

"Alright" he said, still sitting on the floor. He didn't look like he was getting up any time soon.

I turned and walked out of the bathroom. I walked down the hall to my room turning on my light when I walked in. I opened my closet grabbing a light blue tank top, It seemed like the only option because of how much I was sweating. I took off my jeans and threw them in the laundry when the lights in my room and the bathroom turned off almost at the same time. I turned realizing the house was completely dark other than the moonlight shining in the windows.

"uh.. ghostface?" I called out into the darkness.

there was no response..

I walked out into the hallway slowly as my heart started beating faster.

"ghostface?" I called our again when I got to the kitchen, there was no response but I heard something move behind me. I spun on my heal looking into the dark living room, that's where the sound came from.

"this is stupid" I said under my breath as I slowly walked into the dark living room.

"BOO" ghostface shouted jumping out from behind the couch

I yelped falling backwards onto my butt, Then hitting the back of my head off the coffee table,

"DUDE THATS NOT FUNNY" I shouted at him, I slight pain growing at the back of my head.

"hahaha- you should have seen your face!" He laughed falling backwards into the couch.

I reached my hand to the back of my head and felt where I had hit my head. I felt a warm liquid flowing out of my head,

"ghostface Im bleeding!" I said laughing a bit after. It wasn't very funny but I was laughing at how I tripped and fell backwards.

Ghostface was now laying on the floor wheezing at everything that had happened, and to be honest I was probably laughing just as hard at him.
