𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

𝖲𝗎𝗇𝗀𝗁𝗈𝗈𝗇 | "𝖺𝖽𝗆𝗂𝗋𝖾 𝖿𝗋𝗈𝗆 𝖺𝖿𝖺𝗋"

walking to school, you pulled on your best friends arm, Jia, dragging her towards the school building.

"y/n, i haven't eaten anything and i'm so not in the mood to go into calculous" jia groaned and you giggled, shaking your head. "how about i buy you a chocolate milk and a muffin from the cafeteria for you to snack on while we wait for lunch?" you offered and she nodded her head quickly.

"y/n, you're a total life saver, what would i do without you" she fake cried, hugging your arm tightly as you both were now stepping into the school, the cold air welcoming you and you shivered a little.

"oh, look! there's sunghoom. doesn't he look cute today" she shot said boy heart eyes and you frowned before smiling quickly as she turned to look at you.

"i mean-" you shrugged and jia rolled her eyes, ranting about how you had the audacity to not see the good looks and nice personality of sunghoon but you weren't really paying attention to what she was saying.

truth be told, what came out of your mouth about sunghoon was the opposite of what you thought of him secretly. you really liked sunghoon, every inch of him. from the way the corners of his mouth twisted to form a grin, to the way his eyes sparkled as he ate his food or talked about his passion for skating.

every single little thing he did made you fall harder for him, if that was even possible.

and you didn't even want to get started on how his personality was so nice and gentle that every time you two worked together on a project and he did something nice to you out of manners, it would make your heart rate speed up.

he was like that guilty pleasure everyone had, though in this situation, you can only admire from afar and not get close.

you believed that if someone liked someone else and that someone was single, they should give it a shot but in this situation, you backed off for your bestfriend.

you never came forwards about your feelings towards him to anyone and when jia did, you took a step back.

you wanted her to be happy.

you would be happy too if she got with him. or so you made yourself believe.

sitting down in you assigned desk next to jia, you took a sip from her chocolate milk before leaning back on your seat.

a sudden noise was heard and you guessed it was the popular boys visiting your classroom.

just as you had guessed, sunghoon along with his best friends jake, heeseung and jay entered the classroom with big smiles on their faces.

you were a bit close with jay since you two shared about three or four classes every now and then and since he was quite the social butterfly, you couldn't help but grow fond of him.

"hello, pretty ladies" jay greeted as he walked towards you two, a grin on his face as you snorted at the way you were addressed.

"hey jay" you and jia greeted in unison.

"just came by to say hello, im gonna go now to that dude behind you to steal his lunch" he smirked causing you to laugh and punch his arm lightly before turning around to reach into your backpack.

"hello" you heard sunghoon's voice and you froze in your spot a bit before continuing to look for your pencil.

"hey, hoon!" jia greeted him and you could already imagine in your head the innocent smile and cute blush that were most likely adorning her cheeks.

" can I talk to you for a second?" you heard him ask and you assumed it was directed for jia so you looked up and smiled at her.

"go ahead, I need to study for a bit anyways and you being here will be a distraction" you chuckled earning a laugh from jia as she stood up.
