"heeseung! you're going to a work dinner today right?" you asked as you entered your home, leaving your purse at the little table next to the door before heading inside the living room.

"yeah, I'll be back early tho so don't worry" he smiled at you, he was dressed up in a suit that made him look a million times more handsome.

"you look good as always, let me help you with that" you said as you stepped closer, taking his tie in your hands before beginning to help him tie it.

"I don't know what I'd do without you" he chuckled making you smile shyly. "you'd be just fine"

"i'll be off now, I'll be back around 9pm maybe" you nodded your head and followed him out the door, pecking his cheek before waving. "I love you!" he just smiled before getting in his car, backing out of the drive way before finally your sight.

sighing, you closed the door before making your way to the kitchen, looking around to see what you'd make yourself for dinner.

after you started dating heeseung, it felt like heaven but that only lasted a few months. the past 2 months or so you've felt like he had maybe fallen out of love with you. he grew distant but you tried to shrug it off, maybe he was stressed with work, is what you'd say to yourself.

you kept your positive side whenever he was around but when he left, your insecurities ate you alive.

what if he really was falling out of love? what if he was cheating?, no- he'd never do that..right?

maybe falling out of love was a possibility but cheating was an exaggeration, heeseung isn't the type to cheat nor was he someone who'd be friend with someone who cheated.

but people can change in a matter of second, right? anything could happen, right?

pinching your arm a little, you snapped back to reality. "heeseung wouldn't play with my heart. he'd tell me if he fell out of love instead of leading me on. stop thinking about it"

deciding on being lazy, you made yourself a ramen instead of cooking yourself something you'd consider more healthy.

hours passed and finally, the clock struck 9pm. you patiently waited for his arrival, having the whole house cleaned up while you waited.

you'd have a habit of cleaning up the house whenever you were stressed. it occupied your mind so you didn't have to keep overthinking.

as you waited for heeseung to arrive, you aimlessly moved your finger across the screen of your phone.

a knock at your door made you jump from the couch and almost run to the door. as you opened up, you were met with a girl who was holding up a drunk heeseung who smiled brightly as he saw you.

"y/nie-" he hiccuped, "im back"

you faked a smile before taking the girls arm off of him and took him in your arms. "thank you for bringing him" you thanked her, receiving a smile before she waved and left.

"I didn't you'd come back drunk" you muttered to yourself before carefully carrying him to your shared bedroom.

and with a thud, heeseung fell on the floor. "ouch" was the only thing that left his mouth as he tried to stand up.
it wasn't your fault tho. you had placed him on the bed safely but he rolled over and fell.

"oh heeseung, that must've hurt" you gasped, helping him stand up straight before placing him in the bed. you sat down next to him, gently caressing the side of his head that got hurt as he comfortably laid his head on your chest.
