"Oh.  My Merlin, GEORGE!  COME HERE!!"

"What?  WHAT IS IT?? Are you hurt?  Is there a Boggart in the bathroom what is it?"

George groggy from being shouted awake, brandished his wand as he burst into the bathroom.

"I've grown."

"... huh?"

"Look George I'm bigger now."

Standing sideways in the mirror McKenna held her shirt above her stomach.  Underneath her belly button, instead of a small dip between her belly and pelvis, her stomach was now one smooth curve.

"It's our baby George.  it's... there inside me I- there's a human growing inside of me."

George was quiet.  Slowly he walked up, and kneeled in front of her. Hesitantly, he reached out his hands.  He cradled her stomach, leaned forward and gently began kissing it.

"George?"

"You're pregnant."

He whispered.

"Yeah Georgie.  I know it's fake right now but... are.. are you crying?"

Unshed tears glossed his eyes.

"Aww George."

"I'm gonna be a dad... I've always thought about it.  I just I'm happy I get to be, with you.  During the battle I honestly thought I was going to die, and then you did die.  It broke me and then Fred and I just lost hope.  But when this happened and the classes and Fred woke up my hope came back.  You brought my hope back.  I love you.  I love you so much Potter it scares me."

McKenna gasped at George's words her own tears springing to her eyes.

"I love you George Weasley, always have, always will.  I couldn't imagine anyone else I would want to do this with."

George stood up and in a quick yet loving movement, embraced her all the while planting kisses on her face.  Whispering 'I love you' over and over.  The moment was quickly spoiled by a loud rumbling, specifically coming from McKenna.  George stopped and gave her a grin as she sheepishly laughed.

"Breakfast my lady?"

"That sounds good to me."

"Alright then you get dressed and off we go to feed you and our hungry little bundle in your tummy."

McKenna chuckled as George exited the bathroom with a flourish and a bow as he closed the door.  She turned and rubbed her belly again.  I could get used to this.  She thought.

"Ginny! Look at us, we're becoming balloons!"

Ginny laughed as Hermione poked her belly and the small bump that was accentuated by the tighter shirt she wore.  Harry and Ron sat across from the girls.  Ron looking whiter than usual.

"Ron you haven't even touched your breakfast and I know that's not normal, you okay?"

Ron looked up from his plate at McKenna who sat on the other side of him, her second serving already half gone on her plate.  He knew there wasn't any way to lie to her.  She always could read his emotions like an open book.

"Can we talk about it later?  Just.. People."

McKenna nodded understanding it was probably about someone sitting at the table with them, so she didn't push it.  Instead she focused on two large pieces of toast on her plate.  It was impressive, even to Ron, how fast she ate her food.

"Sheesh Kenna slow down the toast will be there in 2 seconds from now."

Harry laughed as he pointed to his cheek.  McKenna laughed as well as she wiped the jam corresponding on her own cheek.

"Leave me alone I'm starving!"

'Well hurry up, we're starting the classes we missed when we were gone.  McGonagall said that even though she knows we're pretty caught up we never actually took the classes so she want's us to take them as a refresher course.  Oh! Also they think they are going to get quidditch set back up in the next month so try outs are set like a week before midterms."

Hermione said, as per usual she was the only one who kept all the academic things for the group in check.

"Can Fred and George play again?  I mean they technically already graduated but they are here again."

"Yeah I didn't even get to ask, McGonagall shut it down before I even could.  Only the kids who were still enrolled as students during the battle can come back for extra curriculars.  The older ones can only spectate."

Harry sighed, he was hopeful like Ron.  Having the Weasley beaters back again would have definitely put them above all the other teams but, he knew, and McGonagall knew, it wouldn't have even been close to fair for everyone else.

"Well that doesn't mean that Fred and I can't help coach, does it?  We could totally teach those new beaters some tricks and we have all the plays Oliver Wood made practically memorized."

"Honestly George that's the best idea I've heard all day.  I'll ask McGonagall after class.  She asked if I could take over getting Gryffindor ready until an upperclassman is chosen to be captain."

Harry said. The group stood up and separated off to their classes.

"Hey Ginny wait up!  We have the same class!"

Ginny paused and turned as McKenna jogged up to her.

"So, how's it going for Harry and you?"

Ginny smiled as she rubbed her stomach.

"It's going pretty well I would say.  Your brother can be an idiot but honestly?  He's going to be a good dad.  I can tell."

McKenna smiled.

"I always knew he would be.  He has a certain, I don't know, paternal side?"

Ginny laughed,

"I know what you're talking about, he has these little soft moments that just happen.  Like yesterday he got up off the couch to go to the bathroom, and when he came back he had stopped in the kitchen and had gotten cookies for me.  I had said three hours before that I felt like eating cookies.  It's just little sweet things that make me love him even more."

McKenna was glad that Harry and Ginny ended up together.  While Ginny can be a strong personality she balanced Harry.  She is cool water that runs over rough rocky stone that is her brother.  Both of them strong, and independent but are beautiful together like a waterfall.

"Hey Kenna, I know this sounds crazy but... am I bigger than I was before?"

McKenna paused and looked at Ginny.  She was...right.  Ginny's stomach looked larger since breakfast if that was possible.

"Yeah, you're right.  Huh, that,s so weird.  I mean they said that since we are squashing 5 years into 3 months, it was going to go fast I just didn't know this fast."

McKenna rubbed her own stomach through her jumper.  Thankfully she had brought her leggings to school so she had some stretchy trousers.  Ginny however was wearing jeans which got tighter the more her belly grew.  Ginny sighed,

"This is gonna be a long three months."

A/N- woo hoo! baby fever time!  This is kinda becoming less angsty and more fluffy but don't worry I still have some trauma up my sleeve... Anyways as usual if you see any grammar or spelling mistakes let me know, otherwise enjoy! - Author
