The Book of Lies
A white lie is told. It grows and grows, assuming a life force of its own. You tell yourself the lie so much that you start to believe it. You write new pages into the book each day, thickening the plot, bringing to life new characters. The book of lies darkens, starting your reckoning. The depth of its darkness consumes anyone who lays eyes on its pages. It is an unforgiving book. Once you see it, you can't take back its darkness. You won't be given any mercy. The reckoning has already begun.
