You've given me everything
Yet you've given me nothing.
You've caged me.You've given me shelter, but taken away my spirit.
You've given me a house, but taken away a home.
You've given me safety, but taken away my wild.
You've given me routine, but taken away my adventure.
You've given me the world, but wont let me see it.
I'm like a shell of the person I was; the person I want to be.
In a glass house
Looking at all the possibilities. But I know you'll just take them from me.
